So the 650 and the 400 both have the slot pre made for it..and i spent 13k for the new 636 and don’t have it ?!

Coming back to this now that I have everything, no offense but you didn't explain at all how to install the USB charger. I got the relay installed but this "installing usb" vid starts with "I got this installed
I think i maybe figured it out. The USB you linked doesn't have bullet connectors, which it sounds like is the thing you need for this bike. I'm trying to figure out how I can get this changed now
Well putting the usb charger on the bike itself is fairly simple and straight forward!I just didn’t show where to plug it into!Which yes I did mess up a lot and I realized that when I was editing it :(but I tried my best to explain and I was just nervous!but for bullet connectors you could try check out any hardware stores near you or even harbor freight!!Let me know if you have any more questions I could try to help!

I bought it from amazon I have the link to it in the description and yes it does!!!You just need the relay from kawasaki in order for it to work,I also have the link to that in the description!!
I had a BITCH of a time getting that cap off... 4 screwdrivers none would fit.
I struggled too,I had to use a mix of different screwdrivers,was finally able to break it loose with one and then had to use another one to get it even more loose,I was down on the floor for a good 3-4 mins getting it off
How's your day going? I bought a USB port to install but it came with ring connectors. I'm guessing I have to remove them and install bullet connectors?
Good!I hope yours is going well too!!and yes!!You do,just double check and try inserting them first onto the bike cause I had to sorta squish mine in order for it to go straight in!
how did you unscrew the bolt behind the original over and screw the back onto the charger? did you take the fender off? just ordered my stuff today
@@jwild666 hey jordan,well it was honestly kinda hard,it’s in such an awkward spot,but you need a Philips screwdriver and that’s pretty much it to pull that off,and to put it on is fairly easy,it comes with like a big nut and you just have to shove the charger into the hole and then put the nut back on the bottom side so it can hold the charger in place!

Hey sorry super late response!There should be too little cables that are loose and just sitting there held onto the rest of the cables there in the black tape,one has a little blue clear cover(female end) on it and the other is a male end,sorry I was all over the place since this was my first video,I still have a lot to work on

I'm trying this rn. do I need the little fuse on the red cable?. I put it on and it still didn't work
I don’t think you do!Do you have the relay put on already?That’s the first thing you need,and if not check your positive and negative cables on your usb plug side!
Try switching them around and also make sure you are making good connection on the bikes oem wiring side

@@4doorchris I was able to get to it today. and yea I didn't Need the fuse that came with it and just straight wired it. pumping out a constant 14.5 watts. I can't believe me going off the Amazon picture vs just looking at the plug caused me so much trouble
