      To be fair, most „casual“ artists don‘t buy ZBrush, since it‘s quite expensive and are more likely to use Blender or ZbrushCore(like me).

      Plot: Sassy girl gets whooshed back in time because they want character development. They fail and she’s sent to the same rich family. She goes through no character development and just likes the attention. There’s a love interest that gets her to soften up a bit. At the end, as they’re about to kiss, she gets whooshed back to the present. She realizes what love is and as she goes for a jog, she sits down on a bench. Only to find the same guy, but in the present. He asks if she’s ok, and she’s like, yeah. And he’s like, I’m sorry, but have we met? And she cocks her head and smiles, but gently, and the screens slowly turns to black as she shakes her head and goes “my name is (insert her name)”

    • @Eeb326
      @Eeb326 4 ปีที่แล้ว +301

      Iftitah it’s because the character is wearing fashion from the 18th century(though stylized) and the 3D model didn’t take that into account. For example: her hair is meant to be powdered and here it’s natural and blonde. Her makeup would also be different as well as the colour of her clothes. The 3D model doesn’t have the stereotypical elements you would expect to see on a character from that time. Eg think of Marie Antoinette and see how much her colours don’t match the model.

    You should print this if you have a 3d printer-
    (If it’s possible to print it)

    • @AuxenceF
      @AuxenceF 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      it is "possible" to print it, but you would need plastic supports and lose detail.... it would look ok but yo would spend a good chunk of time removing supports

    • @Scurfturf
      @Scurfturf 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @@AuxenceF Supports aren't the issue. This model is not 3d printable because you can only 3d models that are one complete mesh. Editing this models for 3d printing would take pretty much just as long as sculpting it did in the first place.

      @amzy55 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Scurfturf i dont really know how 3d printing works, but wouldnt it be super easy to just merge it all and then print it in one color?

    • @Scurfturf
      @Scurfturf 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@amzy55 this character is constructed out of multiple smaller pieces. 3d printing generally only works if you are printing a model that is one solid piece (no holes, no floating parts).
      You could in theory use a program that "shrink-wraps" this, kind of like taking a digital mould in order to make it printable, but those programs tend to not work perfectly. The only real answer is to completely remake this 3d model with printing in mind.

    Very impressive stuff, since it's meant to be a sculpture it's basically perfect. Although one thing that Disney 3D, especially Pixar is known for, is beautiful hair simulation, they practically invented that tech. If you were able to use the hair simulator to get those awesome curls then I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between your work and Pixar's.
