Yeah they sort of missed a golden opportunity with that one. Then again the Kyrians wouldn't know the difference but the adding of the Romulan forehead would have been a nice touch.
So this Janeway lost her left hand "We risk our life and limb" and then she touches her right glove of hand which is left real. She also doesn't remove her left glove.
Would of liked to have seen maybe a two part special or a whole series of this dark side voyager just to see how fast they could get home ignoring all the starfleet rules

In a Borg Collective - where all are one and in sync with the "hive mind"... how is it possible that one half of them say: "Resistance is 'fu-till'", while the other half go with: "Resistance is 'fu-TILE'" (which was the original pronunciation). Not only did we all become familiar with that creed - it immediately became iconic in the fan world. Changing it in mid-stream, was not only a sloppy production call when the alternative pronunciation was allowed to reroot itself - it was irresponisble to the consistency of the ongoing Borg battle-cry and, completely contrary to their immutable structure and attention to detail already, ingrained into each of their "individual" entities.
Jeri Ryan has broached this in con interviews. She tried to insist that it should be “few-tile”, in line with the original pronunciation, but was directed to say “few-til” 🤷♀️
@@beckylindley2263 Well, good to know she was on-side with the issue. Generally speaking, I hate Voyager and nearly everything about it. However, Evil Janeway is solid. Mulgrew knew to not ham it up too much, she had just the right amount of indifferent coldness. The Borg Tactical team was pretty cool too.
I agree Kate was perfect as Evil Janeway since it wasn't a massive departure from normal Janeway accept for the subtle undertones that indicate you don't want to see her angry. She's a total Sadist who'e sole goal is to get back to the Alpha Quadrant by any means necessary and she's not afraid of killing anyone to achieve that goal. Its a deliciously evil portrayal of a character who we know has morals that she's not willing to break except in extreme circumstances.

... I can sort of see that after 700 hundred years they didn't have it quite accurate, but black latex gloves? Where did that idea stem from? I guess he assumed it would make them more badass.
Hahaha, i love how you added the torture slap scene 2 additional times just for the fun of it.
This episode is closest thing we'll get for a Mirror Universe episode for Voyager.
My thought exactly!!!
i was thinking the same thing. And the Borg resisted but failed against Janeway
Maybe that was the main idea originally. But then they realized… oh yeah the Terran Empire is gone by this point.
At least we got tuvok in mirror universe
Voyager, if produced by CNN.
Using the borg as tactical response drones for security is quite epic. The irony of the federation assimilating drones to use against enemies 🤣
would have been better if they were on dog leashes with spikes🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
resistance is futile

How to make everyone look evil? Give them gloves
And lower their voices 🤣
Yaas....Borg with gloves.
And don't forget the high black collar; got to have that.
Dim the lights so you can see how evil they are...
And severe hairstyles 😬
Nice Borg tactical squad. I could see how they could come in handy from time to time.
I see what Jurati had in mind now.
scary
Better than the Trunk Monkey.
I read that with Tom Paris Voice.
I just love how Janeway was so indifferent and seemed kinda jaded like the whole genocide was a mildly irritating inconvenience to her. 🤣
Harry really taking out his anger for not getting promoted on that alien.
Is it bad that I laughed at that part?
