Just watched the movie in a movie theater and the atmosphere of fear and horror was fucking 20 out of 10. This movie seems to be an ode to Seven, Silence of the Lambs, and Zodiac. Although a slow burn, the sound fx and cinematography created an unsettling atmosphere throughout the film.

He's austistic
Honestly don't know why everyone turned on this movie. I thought it was incredible and it lived up to all of my expectations.
Omg how they give you bits and pieces and still manage to scare you is certainly an art!
Horror flicks are my favourite. Unfortunately, we don't get to see valuable horror movies like in the past. We need more and more horror flicks.
0:19 that book flip gave me goosebumps
I’m gonna tell my husband it’s an “action” movie so that he’ll want to watch it with me 😁
One of the best horror movies, hands down. Nicolas Cage is brilliant in this as well as Maika Monroe. Throughout the whole movie I was sitting on the edge of my seat, covered in shivers. Must-watch!
Just got back from the theater and whoever hasn’t seen this yet…You’re not ready for Cages performance.
Maika never disappointments with her choice of movies🔥🔥🔥
Independence day 2 was ass. So was THIS
0:29 this sequence further proves why Nic Cage is my favorite actor lol
Just watched it today... Nicolas Cage should win an Oscar...
He was truly unsettling. Just seeing him on screen made me uncomfortable lol
Oooohhhhh! I’m excited!!!
He was good but it was just the usual “crazy” Nicolas Cage acting you’d expect. A bit over the top at times but I wasn’t expecting anything else when I heard he was playing the killer in this movie
I just want to know does something bad happen to the cat!?
Incredible, not since Frank Booth from Blue Velvet has a character freaked me out and surprised me in his portrayal. 10/10
Goosebumps every time I watch this trailer
Oh my God! We buy this movie for 30$ to see in our nice evening with my bf)
Was soooo amazing!! Nickolas greatest actor of all times, we soooo enjoyed!!! Just look at this immediately! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I just saw it this morning. It absolutely delivered! From start to finish, the entire atmosphere and sound design was unsettling. Was not expecting the ending! 10/10
Period
Is it worth it fr to watch it ? I’m debating to book it
@@Shazzzz807 It was terrible. I truly believe these are bots leaving good reviews, because it was terrible.
Between this and Heretic where Hugh Grant plays a sadistic villain its gonna be a good summer. I love seeing this new casting of characters in roles they normally are not cast
Totally agree. My husband told me about the new hugh grant movie and I'm like what another rom com?? Yawn
And when he explained what it was I was like whaaaat???so cool
That final shot strongly hints at Longlegs committing suicide by gunshot or banging his head off of the table like he does in the trailer, after being apprehended!! This film looks insane! 🤩
I'll never be able to forget that sound...
The thing i love the most about Nic Cage is that inspite of all his financial troubles (which are over i hope) he keeps his head down and tries to give his 100% to everything he does. He has been in many bad movies but his effort and screen presence still makes it worthwhile to check out even those. Also, it is refreshing to see him exploring new roles and genres as he is getting older.
One of the best movies I've seen.
No it's bot
9:00pm, opening night, cannot wait!
looks peak af def gonna see this one as soon as possible nic cage always delivers
I can never take Nickey Cage too seriously, yet this trailer alone makes me too scared to see it! That's talent
Hey ich gucke den aufkeinenfall danke für den Trailer haha! 🤔🥷
the shot and the sound were amazing
By far one of the best movies in serial killer section in many years 9/10
😂
lmfaooooo not even close
@@jinnans_gd after careful review by far very boring do not recommend 😂
Lots of angry consumers were expecting like a horror slop movie
I saw this movie *NOT ONCE NOT TWICE BUT AS MANY TIMES AS I LIIIIIIIIIIIIIKKEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!* 🎶🎶
I just got done watching this movie. This is truly one of the best movies I’ve seen in a while. It’s not necessarily scary per se but it’ll definitely will have your mind twisted it’s dark as hell
No idea how someone could create a movie like this
i’m fucking horrified
Hahahaha me too!!!!
Trailer made the movie seem a little more actiony then the movie actually was... it felt like it had an idea of what it wanted to be at the beginning that didn't make it to the end somehow. I felt there was a lot to the story that didn't add up or make sense when trying to talk about specific scenes afterwards.
This genuinely looks good and even if its not the trailer is great. Does a great job of teasing the villain without showing too much
My most anticipated movie of the year has been this one!
Here we go!!!!!!!
THIS MOVIE IS ART.
YEAH IT IS ART. ARTICLES OF IMPEACHMENT FOR GEORGE H W X Y Z BUSH!!!🏰🏝️🦅🦅🪵
And bad
This movie trailer was better than the movie itself.
ive seen many movies and this was hands down the scariest movie of the year. definitely worth paying to see!!
How and when was this movie scary?
@@Unknown-jq7gi lol did you even watch the movie ? There’s this scene in there where this doll gets revealed and I’m telling you the eyes of that doll has been in my nightmares for weeeekks
@@jdstepek yea I did see the movie and are you 5?💀 that was not scary at all nothing about this movie was the only but I like was like the first 10 minutes of it then it was just felt like a comedy
scariest move is to exagerated it just very basic horror movie
