    I only found Jessica when lockdown started, and I love all her classes. She is delightful, and so knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain all the moves. I know I shall keep watching even when my usual classes are back on again. Thank you, Jessica, and stay safe! Xx

    I've been doing pilate for a year and I really like this routine. Full body with the proper breaks. My partner and I watch it once a week. Helpful during the quarantine. Thank you

    Love your workouts, did not realise just how tight and stiff my hamstrings and hips are until I tried this - must do more Pilates .
