44 year old man here and was just directed to one of your scoliosis exercise videos and tried it. I havent felt this loosened up in a long, long time. Walking around the house feeling young again. Looking forward to learning more here.
The towel trick definitely worked! Thanks! As beginner, some of the exercises felt more for intermediate, but it will challenge me to work towards getting there.
I love this, since I don't really like treadmill stuff or intense heavy workouts. It also saddens me that these movements remind me of what I did effortlessly as a kid and now it's used for a workout XD I'm looking for things to maintain and tighten up a slim form. Thanks :)
This is the first time for me to do it. I felt a little bit dizzy. Since my belly is getting bigger, it is hard to lay down and sit up LOL. I did sweat. Love it.
I'm a man and I started doing your Pilates exercises as a warmup for my weight training. I went from doing 6 pullups to 13 over a couple of months with no real change in my strength. It all came from improvement in form, posture and better control over my entire core.

My scoliosis pain has lessened. The doctor says it's irreversible. I say, forget about him and let's fix my back to an extent. My physical therapist says it's possible if I strengthen my spine muscles and focus on fixing muscle imbalance. I know scoliosis can't leave entirely, but I can redeem a few degrees. Hi Jessica! With the leg lift scissor type movements one of my hips ALWAYS pops LOUDLY and it’s more uncomfortable and annoying than painful. How can I modify? And since you’re in PT do you know what that could be?
