    Hi! I wanted to thank you a lot. Since the beginning of my med studies, I gained a lot of weight, lost a lot of motivation and self love and got deep into a depressive episode I'm still struggling with to this day. I really needed to start working out again and, after I tried many other workout channels, I found yours! Your kindness really was what I needed to get back on track. You gave me hope, which really means a whole lot to me. So again, thank you very much for your work.

    I can see a difference in my body doing 4-5 videos a week ❤and I actually look forward to it , I’ve found a Exercise that I love 💕 , and my body’s feels so light , I also find my self looking forward to it , thank you your amazing xx

    Hi Jessica, I am really enjoying your workouts as for the first time over Christmas, my neck and shoulder pain became unbearable. I am much stronger and more flexible now! I have a question...often during your workouts, me toes, instep or hamstrings tighten and cramp. Any suggestions?

    God I just love pilates! Very grateful to have found it (years ago thanks to a dance program). It's been a while since then, but I've been getting back into it the past couple months and I thank you so much for these routines! They're a great combination of choices and levels and just enough variety to work with my plateau/increase in skill, or on lights days, as I'm still getting back into it. :)
    One questions - In the side twist (sitting up with arms laced behind my head), I'm much less flexible to turn to the right side. Does that mean there is tightness in my left hip? My left back? (or both or elsewhere? haha. It was a curious and definite difference between both sides). Thank you!

    This is not Pilates as Joseph Pilates taught his mat exercises. This is fitness training calisthenics. What happened to the Hundreds? If you don't do the Hundreds, then it is not Pilates, as Joseph Pilates taught it.
    Kneeling side kicks is part of advanced mat not intermediate.
