This piece really showcases Vidovic’s tremendous technique. I regularly listen to her recorded version in our car, and it never fails to blow my mind. A true master of the guitar, and a world treasure.

Oh sweet Ana, stunning once again, I heard her play the Aranjuez with the Montana Symphony, she raised the bar on that one. The best part is that unlike many of her contemporaries, Ana is very approachable and very sweet on top of being a sensational guitarist.
I prefer John William's version which is less fast/rushed and played with an incomparable accurate technical precision, sublime articulation and brilliant clarity of the voices. This prelude is the most demanding of the Bach preludes for guitar/lute. When it comes to other musicians playing the prelude BWV 1006, Hillary Hahn and Arthur Grumieaux come to my mind as wonderful interprets.

Good, very competent mechanically, but still, no 'feeling', needs a more 'wavy', slowing and accelereating technique which she employs from time to time. Her "Serenata del Mar" was more the kind of performance I love.
are you a proffesional guitarist with several years of practice and hours of dedication??? it's easy to sit on a chair and make negative comments... if she wouldn't be emotional, she wouldn't be a musician and play at all...
i don't know why so big-max players talented they waste and lose their time playing jazz of Bach, running on stereotyped tuned-note without any harmonized aim felt to get, or emotion to transmit. I think, just to pleasure themself (and own fingers)!...
limited repertoire,are you serious..she perform Bach,Paganini,Albeniz,Torroba,Piazzolla,Barios,Lauro,Bensusan,Tarrega,Assad,Ponce,Walton,Villa...among others...all that authors you can find she perform here on tube...you are ignorant and jealous women
