I certainly respect the age difference and yes my world and yours was a whole different experience. So, when I listen to you I try hard to see this through your young eyes during decades ago when your life and mine were entirely different. I try to put myself in your era and yes it’s not easy. So we start by respecting each other’s perceptions and you educate me on your time and I’ll try hard to bring education to mine. It’s a process…. We come literally from different planets lol and I mean that literally. You would never recognize the times that I grew up in as I too find difficulty recognizing this new time. Exhausting yes but fun all the same. Thank you for Elvis and for bringing my hero back ❤️ I so appreciate you honestly do 👍❤️

Elvis ..was one of the greatest artists-entertainers.. of all time. You either get it or you don't.. So many in the media..from the beginning.. were against him.. jealous of his talent and good looks.. and false stories were planted to take him down. But he continued and became more and more popular. His talent and humble humanity and concern for others continue to shine.. years after he has left us.
Elvis was not one of them ...... HE WAS THE GREATEST OF ALL TIMES ...... { THE G.O.A.T. } ...... No Brag ...... Just Fact .....

This song congers an image for me also Twano but it sure isn’t mom with her coffee cup in the cabin. Having said that, it hurt my heart a little to think that we “older fans” made you feel pounced upon. You right! You right! When it comes to Elvis, I think that’s exactly what we do. You are doing us such a kindness by welcoming us on your channel and whether we realize it or not, Elvis is the reason we’re here but the results are our better understanding of who you are. Some say Elvis recorded OVER 700 songs and probably closer to 800 .I have a book that lists every song that Elvis ever did , and it's a fairly thick book...I've never actually counted all the titles , but it looks like it could be somewhere between 700 and 800 songs . Someday, when I have the time , I WILL count them all and get an exact number.

That's incorrect it's estimated he performed 1684 concerts. Recently a 3 volume book collection was published detailing all of his concerts from 1969 to his last in 1977. It is entitled "Eleven Hundred and Twenty Four"

I haven’t found that many people know this song from Elvis and it is one of my absolute favorites. He just does such a wonderful job with the blues and New Orleans really highlights his talent.

Thank you for this However, I think you can find some other Elvis things that are maybe more interesting. Maybe look at some things like the movie "King Creole" or even if you don't want to go that length. Maybe look for some earlier Elvis things. Or look at "Elvis and the Black Community" or at least look at some of his gospel music that he won grammys for.
