Thank you so much :’) very grateful that Rachel puts it in her videos, and extremely happy that you and others enjoy it. It’s extremely humbling and something I don’t take for granted!!
Eighty hours in a week is not something my mind can comprehend. I wouldn't make it. Patrick's piano playing is something I could listen to all day and learning that he does it completely by ear is so amazing I don't even think I can describe my thoughts about it.
I’m almost 100% certain you delivered my baby and I just wanted to let you know how thankful I am for you! You and the team delivered my baby girl safely and she only stayed in the NICU for 2 weeks!
Body dysmorphia is so real! Even though you may feel bigger after not exercising, you're likely not - I feel the same when not regularly strength training! Like "softer," but nothing wrong with people's bodies being soft :) Lastly, I just wanted to clarify that people shouldn't go to the gym to lose weight, if that's their goal. The gym (strength training) allows for maintaining or gaining muscle (in combination with eating enough protein), in addition to building strength and resilience against injuries. The majority of calories burned throughout the day are not from being in the gym, (unless you're spending hours on a cardio machine), but from our daily activities (how much we walk, move, throughout the day). Rachel probably already knows this, but just clearing it up for folks trying to change their body composition!
Every time I watch your videos I feel so inspired and motivated. I’m currently in medical school and my goal is to become an OB/Gyn and I love seeing your journey, high and lows. You’re awesome Rachel, keep being you and congratulations on the engagement 🎉
Okay, his piano playing is just beyond talented. I can appreciate it so much more because after years and years of lessons, I can't read music either; I only play 'by ear,' but not like Patrick can. I would love to hear him play more!
Thank you so much! I feel very grateful to have been introduced to a piano when I was quite young and was able to figure it out. It’s important to play what you love - the motivation of wanting to learn a song that you WANT to play is much stronger than trying to play things “to get better” (for lack of a better phrase). If it’s not fun, it’s not going to be enjoyable and through the fun you can get better at your own pace ❤️
@@PATRICKLONGMUSIC I wholeheartedly agree. I spent a lot of time playing things that I didn't want to learn. Maybe I'll pick it back up with some better tunes. Thanks for taking the time to respond. ❤
my cousin is the same as patrick where she can just play songs on piano just by hearing them and i WISH i could be that talented, its honestly amazing and i love hearing him play in ur videos :)
In your old videos you included classical music soo often, that I really associated you with piano tracks, so now I kind of feel like Patrick was already waiting for you and you both were meant to be
Thank you!! I don’t, people who play live are much better in my opinion. I sometimes make music (shameless plug) and my most recent single is on streaming platforms called Hydrangea Disco by DARTFORM.
You are beautiful Inside and Outside. Patrick is a blessing sent to you he brings the much needed calm after your hectic weeks of residency. The Piano playing by ear 🔥 so beautiful. You are doing amazing and your patients will say I had the best OB/GYN Doctor today 🫶🏾
You mentioned the benefit of sodium in the LMNT packet, but also mentioned that the high sodium in the food at the hospital is making you feel bloated. Would removing the sodium intake from the water not compensate for the excess sodium in the food? Or is it absorbed differently when taken in a beverage?
That’s a great question honestly. I think there’s more to the hospital food than just the sodium content. Cause it overall does not fuel me, it’s just more of like a weird steady bloat that I get. I don’t get that bloat with LMNT. But I truly don’t know the reasoning for that. Lol
@@RachelSoutharddoes LMNT taste really salty? I actually need more sodium in my diet but I don’t like salty stuff. I was drinking a different electrolyte drink and it was like 1/6 the amount of sodium and it tastes so salty.
@@betsybabf748 What I mean is, what's better - nursing or medicine? I'm thinking about continuing my studies but I don't know what's more suitable for me. Nursing seems easier and more beautiful and practical, but the benefits of medicine are higher and it seems more fun and interesting as a field of study and science! I understand your reactions would be based on this because I didn't explain my question clearly enough.. what i mean is (what would you choose to be a nurse or to be a doctor) ?!

My husband plays by ear as well and it blows my mind how quickly he can learn a song.. people like them are so truly talented!

‘I just feel like a little porker in this scrub set right now’…HEARD, FELT, UNDERSTOOD😩 you’re doing great Rachel🫶🏽🌻🪬🌈✨💞🍄
Nice. As a PGY2 myself, I'm still unsure if it "gets better" or if it's just me getting more experienced in medical training, or both. 😅

Some of their flavors are more salty than others. But the mango chili is my FAV.
I love the grapefruit.. 😋

“I feel like a little sausage in this scrub set!” Poor Dr Southard😔when will she ever catch a vacation cuz she definitely needs one!
When rachel wears ceil blue scrubs, you can't help but fall in love with her beautiful self (and soul)
I had my gallbladder removed by the DaVinci machine 3 months ago. I only had one incision and the scar healed beautifully

81 hours?! Omg. I can barely drag myself through a 40 hour work week
Honestly 😭
i have had that robert been used on myself its crazy thinking that i was alseep for it
Can someone with HTN drink the LMNT packs ?
Id suggest them consulting with their PCP prior
