Thank you for always being so positive!! There are many other resident TH-camrs that are so negative….
Who are they? I want some more medical vloggers to watch. Even negative ones🫠
Not to be critical or a snob : having worked in the OR for 4 years and with a wife who had a 45 year career in the OR, I have a question , you may or may not wish to answer . How do you get by with finger nail polish on, while scrubbing in the OR ? Enjoy your channel, best wishes .
She probably has no chip or dip nail. It will NOT come off unless you have it removed at the salon.
@@glorias.2930 , the issue is if it were to chip or flake off into an incision, then there's a much greater risk of infection . That's a longtime standard rule in any OR, that and no earrings . It maybe ok if she's just driving the robot, but to scrub as the surgeon or 1st assistant, it's a no no . The RN's and OR techs follow the same rule .
@@rjwickland6557 I see. To be honest, I think there is way more of a risk with fake eyelashes. I don't understand how those are allowed! They start falling off over time! I wonder how hospitals are adressing this.
You should make a video on how you became a doctor .. how to start the journey
Happened to find this video and, being a medical student myself, I already love the way you talk about your cases and your routine, loved to see it, give us the details 🥰
What is the most common type of surgery you perform ?
