I’m a dancer and to be completely honest with you none of these dances will let you lose your leg fat that easily unless you do it everyday for like 3 weeks.

I also got it from source. Also, if they get really hungry, they only eat boiled eggs or nuts for 4 to 8 hours and that's it.

I don’t like working out I don’t like doing weird and tiring movements my life involves around music and kpop and i love dancing so i tend to stay fit by listening to music which is kpop and dancing to it 😭💗
while these dances work as a good general workout, please know you most likely wont lose weight in only your legs because you cant target spots for weight loss. your body will get rid of the weight from where it has the most excess, then work its way down. while your legs might have the most body fat on them your body can still start somewhere like your arms or face. if you do this don't expect results right away either. i know it sounds dishearting but its better to not obsess over one part of the body otherwise you'll crash and burn when you realize its not working. take it from me, ive been there.
Well I am not lying it really worked as a guy being in good shape really matters now a days . And I lose 3kg in one week 3 days(well also a bit of diet). Thanks a lot and also I added some more too

Kpop dances are so fun to learn and I have fun doing them I actually lost weight doing this cause I was 94 pounds when I was younger and then gained a bunch of weight so I am 150 pounds now so I am trying to lose that 50 in my legs and stomuch right now since my arms are already skinny.
Just a daily reminder that spot reducing fat is not possible :) You can only spot-build muscle, which might make it appear like a certain body part is thinner or firmer. Also the key to losing fat is calorie deficit, not working out (even if that obviously helps).

the thing that is not said is that some of those dances are incredibly hard like Cactus, Very Nice, More & More, On, etc If you are not an advanced dancer it could be very discouraging as you will probably not master the dance...
