      @@ateezaoty5132 hey, yeah, i eat like usually but less, for example if i eat 3 donuts a day these 3 weeks i ate 1, and a lot of water. So you can eat whatever you want but less:)

      I have leart hylt, d4, icsm from ur above list and just from my personal experience i lost alot of weight from icsm :)) (doing it 3 times a day for few weeks and also doing just choruses of other dances for fun)

    Day 1: I practiced for 1 hour and a half + period pain🙂.. I did how you like that and some dance tutorials of Lisa Rhee and a 24 min Random play dance (girl groups)..
    Day 2: I did how you like that 4 times.
    Day 3: I did how you like that I can't stop me and also some stretches.
    Day 4: I did how you like that 4 times and I can't stop me 4 times and felt very tired. (Also some stretches and workouts).

    I personally just learn the dance of every single song i love to listen to (just not boy grops a bit to hard for me) and so ive learnt SO many that ive made a playlist of the ones that i remember and im gonna start doing the playlist as much as i can during the week!     I used most of the Boy group's cheoreographies because I felt like my body is really burning hot after practicing 2-4 hours a day.
    I really lost weights and gain again. It's because of school cramming.
    Guys, use this video to lose weight. Find a choreo that finds hard on your body. Because if you dance the choreo with ease, it usually slows your losing weight journey. But the more you dance, either easy or impossible choreo, you'll be improving your skills sooo goodluck!
    ANOTHER ONE! Don't watch tutorials. Just USE DANCE MIRRORED PRACTICES👌🏻😎
    I used most of the Verivery's, Nct's, and Superm's dance. But with this video, it helped me find hard things to dance that will challenge me

    Some of these dances may looks hard at first. It was hard for me too so I started with some easy dance and then did these. I danced to wannabe, rumour, I can't stop me,miroh about 3 rimes a day and I did lose some weight. Also remember to drink alot of water and do some stretching b4 It really helps.

      hi do u know how many calories kpop dances burn? I do Chloe Ting workouts (gym exercises) to lose fat but I always feel like hell when I do them so I was planning to switch to dancing, but I’m afraid it won’t be effective as Chloe Ting’s 😭

    Before I used to do exercise like Chloe tings videos I get used to it and make me stronger every time but when I got my period I don't do exercises cause its uncomfortable and when I came back doing it, it feels like I'm starting all over again and my body aches but I loose 2inch in my waist that time and now I'm starting to do this let see if there's result

    So before you start dancing, just know to count first . Counting helps to.memorise the dance so quicker (I've observed it on my own tho I'm not a professional dancer) BUT PLS , MAKE USE OF COUNTS !!!

    Txt dances has lot dancing those can be really helpful too! I'm learning rn cwjltma and it really strengthen your leg muscles as well as stamina! If you really want to lose body fat I recommend bts txt they always have energetic movements. Also dancing improves your mental health, ofc before learning a dance do stretching it's very important to not get injuries and not tear any muscle. Good luck ya all and bringing positive vibes!!     im gonna start doing this tomorrow (starting with hylt and maybe ridin) and if u want to lose weight more easier, cut off any unhealthy food (chips, soda, sweets), drink a lot of water, maybe work out everyday (like emi wong's stuff), serve yourself less of what you would normally eat (like for dinner, lunch, and maybe breakfast) i did all this stuff and i lost 3 pounds in 2 days !

    I really recommend you guys to try ateez win. The dance are not very hard but it's very fast. The dance are also fun to do it. I lose around 3 kilos for two weeks dancing to that song

    Instead of doing one dance ..I do kpop random play 2x speed and it helped me to lose much weight in 1 week

    I can never stay committed so I’mma leave a comment, and hopefully be committed this time. I was thinking of learning permission to dance because it looks so fun..so I might learn that. I’m not sure what to learn :/
    I used to know hylt so if I tried to learn that again it probably wouldn’t take long :)
    I think I want to aim to dance 30 minutes a day FOR NOW, since I haven’t danced in soooo long
