This is based from my experience for real. I usually danced Not Shy and Wannabe everyday since I play it on shuffle for 4 times a day because you know streaming. I danced the whole song both Wannabe and Not Shy. I only danced both of them twice a day since I had already memorised the entire choreography. And for 2 weeks of dancing those songs, I lost 1.58 kilograms from dancing and also drinking plenty of water.
Same as lockdown started I only danced to wannabe for one or two month straight, doing 9-10 times a day Then I started learning other kpop dances and then dance routines from the dance studios. I'm now kinda happy with my moves after almost 10 months. I always get bored of things so quick but didn't know that I'll continue this long. I will continue as long as I can, it helping me a lot dealing with my mental health.

Not Shy (ITZY) is good for losing fat in your thighs, If you dance it right and actually give your best, you're supposed to feel your thighs stronger and "heavier", I Can't Stop Me (TWICE) is good for losing weight, fat at your legs (Upper and Lower part) and belly (a little), You're supposed to feel your legs harden and "heavier", and feel your belly being "squizzed", Dun Dun (EVERGLOW) is good for losing fat in your legs, and losing fat in your arms, your supposed to feel your legs and arms being "squizzed" and hardening, and Mafia In the Morning does the same thing, but if you are not experienced enough, i don’t really recommend it, I myself have damaged my hips for a long period, so be careful!❤️ That's all I figured put by now
This is not how it works. You can’t lose fat in a specific part of your body depending on what kind of movements you do. Instead, if you’re in a caloric deficit (you burn more calories than you consume) you lose fat from ALL over your body

It takes me a 3 hours, I suggest using the music video and slowing it down doing it for a hour than speed it up than turn it off amd play the music. If there’s tutorials for harder dances use them. With tutorial I learned ON in 2 days.

When I first found BTS I danced to all of their songs everyday I still do and I lost 5kg and my waist got really small and I built a lot of muscle! You can do it!!! Don't give up!!!! 😃😃💜💜
Personal advice from a dancer 💃🏻 - I cant stop me will leave your arms sore since it requires lots of hand movement, but it will definitely help you lose weight in your upper body area -Miroh will leave you breathless after a couple of minutes into the song, I lost a good two pounds from this dance, it works your whole body. -Fire took me a while to learn, but when you get the hang of it, it will be super easy and leave you feeling good. -dionysus requires lots of body control, this will also happen to leave you very tired and needing a lot of arm strength. -la di da takes practice but helps work your legs alot. -district 9 will kill you, Theres no sugar coating it, not only is alot of strength needed but obv with practice will come easier. -DTNA was very dun to learn, but like every other song you will feel like you just jogged. Its a fun dance and I recommend it! -not shy was not hard in fact I just wanted to learn the dance for fun but that resulted in me losing some weight. -lastly, Idol was easy for me to learn but it does leave you tired from all that jumping, its helped me lose quite some weight. Hey kinda need help, so basically I learnt the entire choreo of icsm in 2020 (December). After every chorus, i had to take a break because I would be breathless and my stomach area would hurt (it also hurt a lot when I danced to wannabe). I started to put really less energy in the dance moves so that i could complete the entire song. I took a little break from dancing and decided to get back into it this year but still i get breathless and pain in my stomach and ribs TvT It's kind of impossible to put less energy into the choreo due to the intense moves. Can u recommend smth??

Also for those of you doing this don’t forget to stretch before and maybe a bit afterwards to avoid any injuries and straining if you aren’t used to doing a lot of dancing or other workouts you’ll most likely get tired pretty easily and be sore afterwards and the next day also drink plenty of water stay hydrated Also take your time be patient and be careful many of these dances can be very tricky so make sure you have enough room it’s ok to make mistakes and take breaks learning a full choreography takes time so don’t rush have fun

First learn the choreo of all of them Put them on shuffle And dance on these 5 songs on daily basis It will charge your body...will make your mind active....will help you to lose weight....I used to do this for like a year and my body was toned and was in shape

First, if you really wanna learn, you can depend on tutorials but if you're like me, a person who thinks that she's in her own concert at the middle of the night, search for the mirror dance practice and slow it down for you to learn the choreo (I often do this than to watch tutorials. It only takes 1 hour or two before memorizing the whole choreo). Second, you must have ✨taste✨

It’s funny that I watch this and I realize these are most of the dances I know and dance to a lot (usually at full energy) and now I can tell one reason why I maintain my weight. 😂
you should also eat healthier, if you dance the choreo 3 Times and after it eat chocolate or somerhing, ofc it isnt gonna help, also drink a lot water. my point it, only dancing wont help you much, eat healthier but dont starve yourself, Drink a lot of water and pracrice regulary (i practice every day for around a hour) and ofc do one week break after 3-4 weeks so your body thinks you stopped dancing, start dancing again and your body will be surprised by sudden dancing and you will lose weight again. DO NOT GIVE UP!

Advices: 1.Watch dance practices 2.If you can't follow it slow it down 3.Always stretch i mean always before you try to dance to it especially if it's harder choreography 4.Drink water even if your not thirsty it will help you keep up the energy 5.do not give up you can learn the dance. dance practice in idol by bts must be tired cuz when i practice it a lot of times, i might get sweat easily and my breath is so heavy (not to be rude, i just try to say about myself dancing to bts idol)
honestly it's really effective for me i mantained my body weight im about 37 kg and im just dancing for like my free time and i enjoyed it for short it's enjoyable and effective
dancing to dalla dalla + nekkeoya from pd48 everyday helps too ^^ these two are not difficult dances so it would be fine to learn it even if you’re a beginner. i lost around 4kg in 2 months (+ drink a lot of water) at that time ~ eventually i gave up now but i sometimes do random play dance if i’m free
my recommendation is to learn god’s menu by straykids. it’s one of the easier ones to memorize in my opinion! though, it calls for a lot of arm movements and hard hitting moves so it’s still a good workout but if you want to learn more leg control or more footwork i recommend almost all of txt’s choreos since they involve a lot of jumping and leg control (they also help a lot with stamina.)
I’m going to learn all dances and come back in a month to share my results i will start tomorrow and learn a dance every day. For the ones who want to lose weight YOU CAN DO THIS, I KNOW IT’S A STRUGGLE BUT I BELIEVE IN YOU GOOD LUCK 🍀

Also for those of you doing this don’t forget to stretch before and maybe a bit afterwards to avoid any injuries and straining if you aren’t used to doing a lot of dancing or other workouts you’ll most likely get tired pretty easily and be sore afterwards and the next day also drink plenty of water stay hydrated
Also take your time be patient and be careful many of these dances can be very tricky so make sure you have enough room it’s ok to make mistakes and take breaks learning a full choreography takes time so don’t rush have fun

Here's a tip on how to learn those hard and bone-breaking dances.
First, if you really wanna learn, you can depend on tutorials but if you're like me, a person who thinks that she's in her own concert at the middle of the night, search for the mirror dance practice and slow it down for you to learn the choreo (I often do this than to watch tutorials. It only takes 1 hour or two before memorizing the whole choreo). Second, you must have ✨taste✨

you should also eat healthier, if you dance the choreo 3 Times and after it eat chocolate or somerhing, ofc it isnt gonna help, also drink a lot water. my point it, only dancing wont help you much, eat healthier but dont starve yourself, Drink a lot of water and pracrice regulary (i practice every day for around a hour) and ofc do one week break after 3-4 weeks so your body thinks you stopped dancing, start dancing again and your body will be surprised by sudden dancing and you will lose weight again. DO NOT GIVE UP!

I don't know a lot of dances but I try to learn them everyday in the past 2 weeks I went from 56kg to 52kg im proud a lot of people say I memorize dance really quickly I try to.
Advices:
1.Watch dance practices
2.If you can't follow it slow it down
3.Always stretch i mean always before you try to dance to it especially if it's harder choreography
4.Drink water even if your not thirsty it will help you keep up the energy
5.do not give up you can learn the dance.

I usually do the random dance videos after my workouts and trust me they help alot. I will surely try this.
dance practice in idol by bts must be tired cuz when i practice it a lot of times, i might get sweat easily and my breath is so heavy (not to be rude, i just try to say about myself dancing to bts idol)

for short it's enjoyable and effective
dancing to dalla dalla + nekkeoya from pd48 everyday helps too ^^ these two are not difficult dances so it would be fine to learn it even if you’re a beginner. i lost around 4kg in 2 months (+ drink a lot of water) at that time ~

I’ll be attempting to learn all the dances. Once I learn them all, I will put it all in a playlist and dance
my recommendation is to learn god’s menu by straykids. it’s one of the easier ones to memorize in my opinion! though, it calls for a lot of arm movements and hard hitting moves so it’s still a good workout but if you want to learn more leg control or more footwork i recommend almost all of txt’s choreos since they involve a lot of jumping and leg control (they also help a lot with stamina.)
