Richard Lugner is well known in Austria for marrying one young girl after another and giving them different animal nicknames. He called his fourth wife mouse, followed by the fifth called beatle, then bunny, kitty cat, bambi, colibri, sparrow (it's Cathy) and honey bee.

It may be small change from Richard Lugner's point of view but a substantial amount of money from Cathy's point of view. I read a number of comments posted on other TH-cam videos by Germans that it is almost impossible to become a millionaire in Germany due to so many taxes and fees and the relatively low salaries compared to those in the US and the UK for similar professional positions. Thus, for Cathy to walk away with more than half a million euros after just 2 short years is a very good deal, considering that she probably tried her best to minimize the sexy time she spent with Richard. And during those few and far in between sexy times with Cathy it is hard to imagine that Richard would have lasted long in the sack given his advanced age and his out-of-shape physique.
Cathy is just using Richard and taking advantage of him. She's so rude, doesn't even seem she loves him. He keeps saying she's not nice anymore.

He's much younger, but Amy is the more attractive one. She looks younger and quite good for her age. The gap is not so obvious to strangers.
Lee did well to land Amy, I think. I doubt he got women of that levrl of attractive looks and good personality (and she seems very accommodating to him, does things for him, doesn't seem to nag etc.) in his own age group.
I think probably subconsciously Lee sensed this about younger women, having more choices available to them if they are on the attractive side and/or have attractive personalities, and had probably experienced that situation where he wasn't doing that well with the ladies. And he met Amy and sensed her receptiveness and sensitivity to potential dates' feelings - wouldn't step on any toes, wouldn't reject in a way that would make a man feel inferior etc. I'd be willing to bet that Amy had the most attractive face among any of his past dates, as well as being just the nicest to him. And being older and more established financially as well as in her personal networks, general sense of self, she can offer Lee more support and help. Young attractive women might not have the money or just not be willing to do stuff for a guy like Lee. Not just paying for stuff or having a home he can move into, but things like maybe driving him around (she might own a car whereas a 22 yr old might not), helping him with various tasks like I don't know, filing tax returns. These are all things she'd have more experience in.
I'm sure that Amy has hobbies, or other things that she enjoys doing that are separate from her boyfriend... and that's healthy. They are not joined at the hip!

Having pets for kids is my thing too!!! I was a nanny for years and I don't need the headache that often comes with kids...u may get lucky and have perfect Angels but its more likely they will have temper tantrums, destroying the walls carpets with markers, and it gets worse as they become teenagers!!! As a mother of 2 and a grandmother of 4 I find your views about children to not be accurate. Children are not born bad or disruptive. They need to be taught boundaries and they need patience and understanding and a huge heap of love. Most children will play up if being ignored for long periods of time. I think you just have been very unlucky as a nanny to have these thoughts about children. I am 70 now but I have to say I have never ever regretted for one moment my decision to have children. They are my world and will be until I take my final breath!

I'm absolutely sure the old guy in the thumbnail is a guy I saw in a documentary on Katie Price ( ex UK glamour model). He does that yearly...invite famous women.. actresses,socialites, tothe Wwiner Ball party in Austria....he pays them in Million Euros to attend this very exclusive event....it's a way to Market Austria Wein city to the international world....he get millions of euros back from the Taxes he pay inviting this famous women......it was rumoured he paid Kim Kardashian 50 Million US Dollars to attend in 2019......and 100Million to Grace Jones sometime back....

I don’t think anybody has a right to analyse or judge this situation or relationship. Despite the age gap, they know what they are doing or getting into. Nobody is exploiting or being exploit and it’s not fair to blame anyone or victimise anyone as they very well know what they are doing . It’s their life.
