Out of the singles, Hip to be Scared and Funeral Derrangemets are neck and neck for me. Both are based on two of my favorite films (american psycho/pet semetary) but obviously the energy behind Funeral Derrangements as well as the vocals are bone chilling. The video for this song is also top notch, and I think they blew the imagery of Pet Semetary away! Fun fact; the driver of the truck in the music video played gage in the original film.
Shane the bassist from ice nine kills is my cousin if he was still here he’s love to al these reactions it’s sad he passed I loved all y’all reactions channels actaully doing this my family was crying from seeing all the support to this band a lot of people buying there merch everything🖤🖤
Funeral Derangements is my favorite so far too! It has some Merry Axe-mas vibes, some Stabbing vibes, and I felt the verses sounded structured just like Nature of the Beast from ETITB. I really like this song and it just blew me absolutely away. Great reaction guys! Liked and followed. 🤘🤘🤘
This one became my favourite song from this album. Agree with you guys, that's one of the best Spencer's vocal performances. It goes to my playlist near the "Stabbing in the dark" and the "Communion of the cursed", which I think are the best of INK songs
I truly hope you guys do a reaction of this whole album front to back (excluding what you've already heard). I would rarely recommend this for an album but holy goddamn shit this is seriously one of the best albums to not only drop this year but to drop in a very long time. There is maybe 1 song that is okay and it still kicks absolute ass. The whole album is so diverse and beautifully put together musically and lyrically I know you both would enjoy the absolute hell out it!
The actor that played the truck Driver played actual Gage in the original pet semetary. If you pause it where he’s holding his coffee you can see two VHS tapes and they’re kindergarten cop and nightmare on elm street, which are two other movies he played in.
this song gave me old betraying the martyrs vibes, but it still sounded like ink. by far my favorite track by them! it really seems like they are about to drop 2 perfect albums in a row
Justin DeBlieck (or JD) was their lead guitarist who also did their screams. What confusion may lie was they had Justin Morrow who was their bassist, but provided no vocals. at live shows now their guitarists Ricky and Dan and current Bassist Joe Occhiuti.
Great reaction, great breakdown of the track and analysis. Personally I love the brutality of this one, I loved the sweet verses on Rainy Day and the sheer daftness of Assault and Batteries, as well how they captured that grim corporate emptiness on Hip to be Scared. I love all of them and cant wait to see what comes next. I know it only came out yesterday but it's so popular and a number of reactors have done so without knowing about Pet Sematary and it's great that you know the source too, subbed.
I like Rainy Day, but this is definetely an improvement. I think it would have been awesome for them to get Stephen King to say the "Death is better" line since he did a cameo on the first adaptation as a priest.
Having been hit by a car, I can tell you, there was a lot left to the imagination in being hit by the car. Though it is true that shoes goes flying. I was able to get my shoes back despite needing something like 65 blood transfusions because they flew off. It’s the little things in life, ya know
Ice Nine Kills is killing it with this songs! I look forward to hearing more from them🖤 🤘🏼I’m not sure if you both have heard of Knocked Loose, but they just released an EP, would love for y’all to check it out !
Hope you guys are doing more reactions (full album reaction when??) or at least a full album review for Horrorwood. It’s so much better than I was expecting, and I already knew I was gonna like it.
This song is based off pet cemetery I think my parents named my after the little boy named gage in the movie and I love that my name is Gage cuz of that movie
a bit sad that the best lines in any movie of any time was not in the video "First I play with Jud. Then mommy came, and I played with mommy. We play, daddy? We had an awful good time Now, I want to play with you."
Actually if you listen carefully before the breakdown and Spencer gets his throat cut, you can hear a kid saying "I played with mommy now I want to play with you."
New to the channel. Great reaction. Best song they have done so far. Would you guy be able to react to Motionless In White Thoughs and Prayers and Devils Night please.
You guys should totally check our sacrifice by the devil wears Prada they have come a long way since their early days also for metal adjacent I’d say check out straight lines or these black claws by VOLA can’t wait fir the album to drop this Friday!!! 😁😁😁
Justin doing the deep vocals is false. When Justin was in the band he did some backing screams. In the last album he did alot. But Spencer was the only one who did the deep screams (growls) and normal screaming.
Yepp JD did the higher pitched screams and was the lead guitarist and was replaced by Dan. Also Ricky does the back up/higher pitch screams, least in this song.
Thank you both...looking forward to Friday.
It's going to be epic🖤🤘🏻🖤🤘🏻
You guys rule, you are an amazing Vocalist Spencer, you and Corey Taylor are the Best! 🖤🤘🏻
Keep KILLING IT Spencer, can’t wait to see you all this Friday, you are hands down my favorite vocalist of all time 🤘🏻🔪🎸💀🖤❤️
great reaction guys
Thank you sir! 🖤🤘🏻🖤🤘🏻 Much love
Was not expecting you here Alex

Hip To Be Scared is just so comically on the nose.
I love that riff they go into right after the dead is better lyric.. That shyt gets you head banging right off the bat..
JD did high screams. But Ricky the guitarist did a good job with the highs. Spencer’s lows have always been top notch
Was just about to comment this. Spencer's always had some absolute filth with his lows lol
I was gonna say, JD did the highs and Spencer did the lows. But Ricky but has been doing a great job so far
Joe did a lot of the highs on this album as well
This song is filthy from being to end. It is perfection and I can't wait to hear it live!
Shane the bassist from ice nine kills is my cousin if he was still here he’s love to al these reactions it’s sad he passed I loved all y’all reactions channels actaully doing this my family was crying from seeing all the support to this band a lot of people buying there merch everything🖤🖤
This song had the same momentum as assault and batteries and it’s badass
Also glad to see y'all doing videos again, hope all is well!
🖤🤘🏻🖤🤘🏻
Fun fact about the music video: the dude in the semitruck is actually the same actor who played Gage in the first Pet Sematary film!
This one became my favourite song from this album. Agree with you guys, that's one of the best Spencer's vocal performances. It goes to my playlist near the "Stabbing in the dark" and the "Communion of the cursed", which I think are the best of INK songs
Communion of the cursed is sooooo good!
Great reaction guys! Love this song it’s definitely in my top two of the singles right now with Hip to be Scared. I’m pumped for the new album!
So much hype right now! One week to go!
My favorite song so far this album

I was waiting for this !
this song gave me old betraying the martyrs vibes, but it still sounded like ink. by far my favorite track by them! it really seems like they are about to drop 2 perfect albums in a row
Can't wait for the full album to drop
Ive listened to this song multiple times a day since it dropped and it still gives me chills. So freaking good.
So freaking good
Driver played Gage in the original movie. Josh from the band Badflower is also in the video.
Justin DeBlieck (or JD) was their lead guitarist who also did their screams. What confusion may lie was they had Justin Morrow who was their bassist, but provided no vocals. at live shows now their guitarists Ricky and Dan and current Bassist Joe Occhiuti.
Justin did some screams live
@@tswift1387 never recording though. I think Spencer confirmed that Ricky and Dan were recorded for scream vocals.
Great reaction, great breakdown of the track and analysis. Appreciate it🖤🤘🏻🖤🤘🏻
Where do I find the reaction where you guys looked at the hole album of The Silver Scream?
I like Rainy Day, but this is definetely an improvement.
I think it would have been awesome for them to get Stephen King to say the "Death is better" line since he did a cameo on the first adaptation as a priest.
Having been hit by a car, I can tell you, there was a lot left to the imagination in being hit by the car.
Though it is true that shoes goes flying. I was able to get my shoes back despite needing something like 65 blood transfusions because they flew off.
It’s the little things in life, ya know
fun fact: the truck driver is Gage from the original movie.
Great reaction. Don't forget about Jinjer's releases from their new album Wallflowers. Definitely worth a listen.
Ice Nine Kills is killing it with this songs! I look forward to hearing more from them🖤 🤘🏼I’m not sure if you both have heard of Knocked Loose, but they just released an EP, would love for y’all to check it out !
The best ink song is the greatest story ever told why must you ask? Because it's the greatest story ever told
Great Reaction! 👏👏
Fun fact the truck driver is the original kid actor from pet symatary
Hope you guys are doing more reactions (full album reaction when??) or at least a full album review for Horrorwood. It’s so much better than I was expecting, and I already knew I was gonna like it.
Album reaction coming soon. ☺️
Dude I love pet sematary it’s a genuially love both of them
Definitely the best video. Take Your Pick featuring Corpsegrinder is my absolute jam though.
The guy driving the semi is the kid from the original pet cemetery
That is actually incredible!
@@ArsenicAndEspressoPodcast it blew my mind ! This band is seriously on top of the horror stuff! lol
Great reaction! 🤘🏻 And you are very lucky man, you have one really beautiful girlfriend 😍 take good care of her
👏👏, Nice job
This song is based off pet cemetery I think my parents named my after the little boy named gage in the movie and I love that my name is Gage cuz of that movie
That's really incredible
A lot of the lows are from Dan Sugarman on this record.
Im a justin j names are awesome!
Definitely my favourite out of the singles! Assault & Batteries is right behind though!
a bit sad that the best lines in any movie of any time was not in the video
"First I play with Jud. Then mommy came, and I played with mommy. We play, daddy? We had an awful good time Now, I want to play with you."
Actually if you listen carefully before the breakdown and Spencer gets his throat cut, you can hear a kid saying "I played with mommy now I want to play with you."
🔥🔥🔥
If you guys have not heard it, VNV Nation - Kingdom live. Please please please!
This is their best single by far. You guys should consider listening to the new Veil of Maya song :)
New to the channel. Great reaction. Best song they have done so far. Would you guy be able to react to Motionless In White Thoughs and Prayers and Devils Night please.
wait, in the movie they dont actually show the kid getting hit by the truck? i've never seen pet cemetery
You guys should totally check our sacrifice by the devil wears Prada they have come a long way since their early days also for metal adjacent I’d say check out straight lines or these black claws by VOLA can’t wait fir the album to drop this Friday!!! 😁😁😁
Great Raction !. Next reaction Shadow of intent-The heretic prevails.
I have yet to dislike a single of their songs. Always at least decent and up to amazing.
Please react to Corpo Mente «ort» with some IGOOOR members. You won't regret, beleive me🤘
Next Deadsquad - curse of the black plague.. Indonesian technical death metal band 🤘🤘🤘
One could look at the female and could clearly guess she’d love this video 😆 🦇 ⚰️ 🧙 🧹 Everyday is Halloween where she lives
Farewell ll Flesh (best vocal)
Spencer has actually always down the low screams! JD had more of a unique high-pitch scream.
I really love this song! I still prefer Assault & Batteries, but I can't denie that this song is a masterpiece as well. Can't wait for the album :D
Oh it's soo good. Something tells me the sequel is gonna be just as good as the original.
@@ArsenicAndEspressoPodcast haha I am sure the sequel will just be as amazing :D
Justin doing the deep vocals is false. When Justin was in the band he did some backing screams. In the last album he did alot. But Spencer was the only one who did the deep screams (growls) and normal screaming.
Ty

Wow we were so wrong 🤣🤣🤣
@@ArsenicAndEspressoPodcast nah they have had so many line up changes most people have a hard time keeping it straight.
According to the guitarist Dan on his Instagram livestream yesterday, he did a lot of the low growls in this song.
React to take your pick if you think this heavy you’ve heard nothing yet
Need some sleep token reactions..
wow yall dont know anything about ink or spencer lol
Remake was awful turned it off half way in and the original is way overrated as a horror film 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Fair take
