    Lupini beans! Can’t wait to try. Those dry roasted edamame are my go-to for kid lunches; super easy, nutritious and they actually get eaten.

    Great video! Amazing quality, quick, informational, though entertaining and funny, great editing, time stamps and dropping direct DIY alternatives in-between (not referring to another video) with american AND european measurements - I always get triggered, when european measurements aren‘t provided since I live in europe and I‘m like „I want to live healthy and cook that recipe as well“
    Hats off guys! Love the content.

    I tried a jerky the other day which was so good. It was Sam's Harvest made by Butler Foods. They're famous for soy curls which is what this jerky is made of. When we ordered a bunch soy curls in bulk, they threw in a free bag of jerky. 😁

    I love vegan jerky. They have some really good mushroom jerkys that are super low calorie and high protein and definitely all guilt free!!!

      Yes! I've never liked mushrooms, but mushroom jerkys are actually quite good! My favorite vegan jerky is the Louisville Vegan Jerky 😋

    Making jerky from soy curls is even more delicious, IMO. I order the bulk 12 lb box direct from Butler Foods and always make jerky from the largest pieces right away. Even my omni friends love it. I usually do a sweet and spicy flavor with cayenne and maple syrup.

      Awesome!! I hope you love it! I actually tried the recipe a few days ago (after recording this video) with super firm tofu and that turned out even better. Just a tip 😉

    Noble just came out with a "sugar free" vegan jerky. I feel there's too much sugar in these jerkys so this is a good option.

    • @TheVeganGym
      @TheVeganGym  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That's awesome they made a sugar free option! But yes! You can control the amount of sugar, sodium, etc if you make your own! 🙌😎
