    Some theory questions I think are missing. when you extract DNA how do you know that you have extracted the DNA from only the organism you are looking to sequence, and how do you know where is no more DNA mixed up together? Second, when sequencing unknown organisms, how do you know what sequence should it be if you have never seen that organism before? And for that matter, I guess any organism, how do you know what is the correct sequence if you have never seen the right one before?

    Very cool viruses? What? I have never seen a study that actually proves that a virus exist, what do you mean by very cool viruses?
