Wow... Not all McGill Certified practitioner are the same. Long story short : over 16 months with both leg pain/tingling/muscle spams; MRI showing some foraminal and extraforaminal protrusion; 2 McGill Certified practitioner and none have showed me Nerve Flossing! Thank you sooooo much for this
You need to read the books and then get an assessment brother. You’re not getting the each case is individual so I can’t help you unless work either you virtually or in person. You’re not gonna fix your type of issue surfing TH-cam.

Thanks Brian. I’m going to be taking my practical McGill certification exam in the next month so these are really useful to watch.
Excellent! But keep in mind I’m not showing very much
I know, but it’s still really useful assistance to the reading and hands on practice. Appreciate you being out there showing the way.
All of your content is super helpful. Thank you for these videos.
You're very welcome!
This is really helpful and encouraging.
Happy to help! Glad to hear it.
Hi Brian, thanks for sharing this. Is it allowed to do with I-II grade lysthesis?
I have to spend time with you before I can suggest anything
Hey Brian, have you or Stu ever covered pelvic tilt and rotation in relation to a herniated disc and how it affects it? If so could you link me to it?
Also bracing my core brings it to neutral if that helps identify any issues
