Keep in mind, this is a small part of the process which I show you. You can read the entire series that goes along with the videos here: www.powerrackstrength.com/new-series-part-3-helping-my-dad-avoid-back-surgery-35-year-veteran-fireman-with-jfrd-the-assessment-2/
Love your coaching skills You can have the best exercises in the world and they still need to be coached with great skill and detail. I watch your videos so that i have a clear picture of the coaching competency im aiming for. Thankyou for your dedication and care.
Just finished Gift of Injury, waiting for Back Mechanic in the mail, then I’ll be booking my assessment. I can’t wait to work with you. Can’t thank you enough for all the information and insight.
This is gold - I just came across your videos today and have subscribed. I am 70 yrs old and looking for exercises to help get my body in shape (mobility/strengthen) for the upcoming golf season. It looks like the McGill Big 3 will help with my core - what else do you suggest. Any videos you have that would help with the golf swing. Thanks
Welcome aboard! Highly suggest reading back mechanic, then gift of injury and Ultimate back Fitness - they are all linked in this video. Lots of context in those books for you. I also do consults for those who need help navigating their pathway.www.powerrackstrength.com/consult-brian-carroll/
Thank you. Please is there an order of doing the McGill big 3? I mean which one (bird dog, side plank, curl up) should be done first. I read the whole Back Mechanic but did not find out this.

I appreciate that! There’s a lot of nuance I skip over in the edit. But for some every single detail matters - others not as much.
