Great video , I have a 2002 cr250 with stock suspension , is not been used for about 15 years , and will try to do it by myself . Suspensions ,engine , transmission , breaks and wheels . It will take some time. Do you know the amount of torque of top and bottom nuts ? And hopefully you can make the rear shock video . Thanks for share your knowledge

Inner Cartridge (Top Cap): 25 lb/ft (34 nm)
Lower Center Bolt (Rebound Adjuster): 51 lb/ft (69 nm)
Top Pinch Bolt: 16 lb/ft (22 nm)
Bottom Pinch Bolt: 14 lb/ft (20 nm)
