Welcome to Asia’s biggest Plant Based and Sustainable food market for the first time! It turned out to be a huge success, over 60 + plant based food vendors and stalls, and lots of people. So much amazing pure plant based food to try and so many unique ideas and ingredients.
Here’s everything I tried at the Plant Based Market, and unfortunately I wanted to try many more things, but ran out of time and it got so busy. Will try more in the future.

Mark Wiens is the reason why I have my TH-cam channel now which I do food reviews. I may have 200 subscribers only, but since I am having fun doing it, even if I only have 1 subscriber, at least I know that I was able to entertain someone like how Mark Weins entertains me on his vlogs. Thank you Mark!
This makes me miss Thaïland so much, that lively atmosphere with the food, the people and their smiles.
When I was researching Thailand, Dwight always answered specific questions and gave me excellent advice on must visit restos and neighborhoods; places to avoid; how much to tip; how to eat certain dishes, etc. I went to a half dozen of his recommended places. Very cool gent indeed.

Hey Mark, my wife and I are both vegans and love all things plant based. So glad you're featuring plant based foods! Quick suggestion: there's a lot of blaring announcements happening in the background. It's really hard to hear yourself or any of the guests you've featured. Please post some captions. The auto-generated captions don't even work because there's too much noise.

So much respect for you for making this channel Mark. I would love it if you did a video about the "jay' diet. I remember when I visited Chanthaburi there were some amazing jay restaurants. Would be great to know a little bit more about their diet, why they dont eat garlic/onion. And how they replicate things like fish sauce.

Vegan and sugar-free products can be an excellent option for diabetics. The important thing is to eat regularly and take medications at the right times. Take care more, Mark! Wear masks. Avoid crowds. Wait a minute. Soon we will be free of something that in people with their health problem, can be very serious. Look for Brazilian plants that lower blood sugar. You will be surprised. This video is insightful. If only we have a centralized centre in our district where we could dispose our food wastage and compost them for recycled fertilizer in our district gardening. This would help to manage waste and promote plant growth.🌿🌿🌿
