I listened to a talk by Ron Love several years ago. He was using very light loads

It takes a lot longer to get to failure, but if mobility/pain are issues, great strategy.

According to Dr Donald Layman the amount the body can use for protein synthesis (muscle uptake) is anything between 30 and 60 grams in any one sitting. But should we be eating 20% more to ensure we maximize protein synthesis due to the thermogenic properties of protein, i.e, we eat 100 grams and 20 grams is lost in the conversion process.
With that in mind... those that do OMAD are possibly selling themselves short w/r protein synthesis unless your requirement intake is in the 50 grams range.
As with all protein related uploads - I never tire from the wealth of knowledge out there.
So once again, thank you for uploading and sharing.

1.6g/kg/day is pretty much to top of the bell curve for protein. Enjoy!

Can we logically equate experiments done on mice and then extrapolate that to humans considering the environments are so different as one example?

That's the point Stu is trying to make. The step from animal -> human is a big one (and the reason many drugs fail to be successful, despite showing promise in animals)
      Thanks for sharing Felipe

@Kenworth2010 Depends on the cancer. Cancer is very dynamic and domain specific... so what may help in one type of cancer may hinder in another. (The online world attempt to over-simplify the argument).
