Good morning. I experienced child trauma. Extreme Anxiety was part of my life.. I learned that my adrenal glands were damaged/open. Acupuncture help me 90%. I now have more control of my emotions and thoughts. I continue educating myself through therapy.. I'm a 52 year old male and experiencing life without anxiety like never before.
