God the jank on these animations makes any NPC battles a nightmare. It's a serious drawback to combat in FO3 and FONV generally -- these mfers won't take cover but sprint around sideways like a gazelle... wtf. It feels less like fighting real human survivors with fear of death and more like fighting a dumb AI. FO4 made some improvements in this regards, but still.

Always remember you can kill Ulysses without the final talk and boss battle by sneak critting him in the head with a 50 cal explosive round
