Not sure how I ask questions directly BUT here’s one. What do you do (or would you do) if you are in a relationship/married and are BOTH game collectors...do you merge collections? Do you keep them Separate and then what about new releases that you both want, do you buy 2 copies or share one?
No particular order: The Witcher 3 Ys 8 Tales of Berseria My honorable mention would be Spider Man for the PS4. I found the latter part of the game to be a bit repetitive, but I was mindblown with the whole concept and how amazing it felt to play as Spider-Man.
Lawina Berseria had the stronger story and main character. Ys 8 had better side characters but the narrative wasn’t as good as berseria. Gameplay wise I far preferred Ys, as the combat in Berseria can feel clunky at times. As an overall experience I’d have to say Berseria, it nearly made me cry.
my main problem with red dead redemption is the fact that almost every mission involves massive shootouts. I just cannot believe after the 10th time that Artur is just able to slaughter tens and hundreds of enemies shooting at him, without being killed. Every mission, especially after half of the game, is just shootout after shootout after shootout.
@Matthew Dawson If you complain that the game is slow then you can't appreciate the beauty of this game. The attention to detail in this game is out of this world. I can agree that sometimes when you loot or shoot but you'll get used to the shooting and it shouldn't be too fast paced. The biggest problem in the game is the same old rockstar engine but overall this is an amazing game with a few flaws. When a game if 90-95% good it can out do the the bad things.
Zelda Breath of the Wild, Bloodborne/Sekiro, Resident Evil 2, and Titanfall 2 are my favorite games from the last few years. I put countless hours into all of them.

Y's 8 was an unbelievable game! I almost can't get over how good it was , think it should have sold a ton more there are a lot of people missing out on a great story and gameplay.
I'll go with Kinseys' format... Single player- Astral Chain Multiplayer- Overcooked 1&2 Indie- Moonlighter Moonlighter also happens to the game I play when I feel anxious. Something about managing a shop that really soothes the nerves. The soundtrack is wonderful too.
Mr. Hancock's picks are the best. I have been playing Far Cry 5 on and off for a year now; the game has all the old school music and cars I grew up with. Great picks Mr. Hancock, and thank you Mr. J for another excellent video.

While I bought both games separately on PS3 and got the Definitive Edition on PS4, I got lucky one day in a store called Second & Charles and they had a box set with the Dimond Dog logo on it for the PS3 version and had a replica of Venom's red prosthetic arm with a Blu-ray DVD of the Mission 51 cutscenes on it in a steelcase book. It was sitting there for the longest time for months on display and nobody jumped on it, but finally noticed it when I actually examined the box and it was out in the open the whole time. I paid $30 for it and didn't have the games in there, but I didn't care since everything else was there and I had the games already of course.
I literally just beat Dishonored on PS3 last week. At first I didn't like it because it was a bit slow to start out, but once it picks up and you start gaining magic and weapons you really get hooked.

Of the games that they showed, my favorites that I've played were Divinity original Sin 1 and 2, The Witcher 3, Persona 5, Horizon Zero Dawn, Gears 5, Rise and Shadow of the Tomb Raider, and Wolfenstein 2. Those are all in my top 20 games of this generation.
Top 3 from tht last few years: 1. Red Dead Redemption 2. This one needs no introduction, if you haven't played it, play it. 2. Assassin's Creed Black Flag. I've always wanted an open world pirate experience which this game perfected. Not to mention it has an absolutely incredible story, with a cast of character's that are very memorable. I loved every second of this game, and look forward to playing it again soon on Switch. 3. Uncharted 4. Ending one of the greatest stories I've ever played with a bang. They pretty much perfected the Uncharted formula with 4, and while I highly recommend The Lost Legacy, 4 is the absolute highlight of the series for me.
Three games that have really stuck in my psyche are Super Mario Odyssey, Hollow Knight and, most recently, CONTROL. All three of these games left an astounding impression on me; with Super Mario Odyssey getting me back into gaming after more than a decade of not gaming at all. Also, Dead Cells is my absolute JAM.

Loved Original Sin as a PC gamer, havent touched original sin 2, but will be on it next year. Playing classic wow and destiny 2. Hollow knight and dead cells is great. You should try out an indie shoot em up called valfaris when you get the chance.
I don't play a lot of modern games, and I haven't played it yet, but I can safely say that Zelda: Link's Awakening is going to be one of my favorite recent games (probably overall favorite). I love the Zelda series, and I have a special affinity for classic style Zelda games with the top down view, so I imagine I'm going to love Link's Awakening. After I play through it on the Switch I plan on playing through it on the GBC. I can't wait to experience this Zelda classic for the first time.

Loved Original Sin as a PC gamer, havent touched original sin 2, but will be on it next year. Playing classic wow and destiny 2. Hollow knight and dead cells is great. You should try out an indie shoot em up called valfaris when you get the chance.

I don't play a lot of modern games, and I haven't played it yet, but I can safely say that Zelda: Link's Awakening is going to be one of my favorite recent games (probably overall favorite). I love the Zelda series, and I have a special affinity for classic style Zelda games with the top down view, so I imagine I'm going to love Link's Awakening. After I play through it on the Switch I plan on playing through it on the GBC. I can't wait to experience this Zelda classic for the first time.
