I think this is my favorite calming breathwork session so far. Exhales being two times as long as the inhale is perfect combined with humming even better. Also I like that your voice is constantly counting in the backround. It allows to really be present and not focusing on counting and the lengh of the breath. Also your visual quality has improved a lot lately and we can see more of the beautiful landscape you are at in high quality shots. Thank you for your effort to bring these sessions to us. Breath retention, Sandy could you please explain the meaning of Breath Retention for 1 minutes ~ 3 minutes? Is it HOLD the Breath for that time frame? or just normal breath through mouth or nose?
