    Loved this video Jessica ! It was brilliant. I love the way you take it slowly and explain everything and then add in little bits if we want to challenge ourselves a little more. Really enjoyed it and it will become a weekly staple for me as well as your arm workout with weights. You got me started on weights and I definitely notice I am getting stronger. Thank you so much.🤗

    This was quite hard work! Surprised how my heart rate went up, even though I use weights and do plain squats a lot. Great workout.

    Hey Jessica! What can we replace with for squats? I have herniated disc in back and squats are just way too scary ... lol but I still want/need to work out legs, core and glutes in order to heal!

    I can't do lunges because I had a knee injury in Taekwondo. What do you suggest I do instead?

    Can I also do these as I had a lap hysterectomy done 9 months ago

      Unless your doctor gave you other advice this is a great workout I used to get stronger after my own hysterectomy! These are important moves to be able to do so you are confident climbing stairs and getting on and off the floor!

      Thankyou so much Jessica for your reply. When I went back for review after 45 days and asked him if I could sit down on the floor he said you can do everything normally now

    I came late to the workout lol. I did the 1st 2, the 3rd I just did calfs so by the 4th they hated me. And now I'm sitting and giving up. Back in 2 days.
