If you can handle some spice. I suggest swapping some pain killers for turmeric tea. Although that only can help for mild pain cases like taking an Advil. I used to work in farm labour. I noticed a difference. Oddly enough Advil never works for me. From one aspie to another. I hope you feel better soon.
