    You will learn how the microbiome is an important consideration you should keep in mind when making any dietary changes.
    You will learn the three tips:
    Transition Slowly from your previous diet to a raw vegan diet and how to ease the transition.
    Be Aware of restrictive elements of a raw vegan diet and how to overcome some of these constraints.
    Why You Should probably choose juice feasting over water fasting when transitioning to a raw vegan diet
    How mono meals may not be so good for you after all
    Finally, John will share his success tips with you on how he has been successfully eating a fruit and vegetable-based raw foods diet since 1995.

    Excellent video! I'm 5 years raw at this point and I've definitely been more restrictive and dogmatic along the way, but becoming more open minded after becoming quite malnourished after over 200 days juice feasting. Incorporating alot more greens and green juices and wider diversity now. Thank you so much John! ❤️🙏🏼

      Sounds like you need fiber from organic raw greens. It’s good to cleanse but you HAVE to repopulate your friendly flora. Burdock root, artichoke and inulin are cheaters way to speed that up. You NEED that fiber.

    I'm curious if anyone has had this problem: I started eating a lot more salads, sometimes twice per day, for a couple of months. I was enjoying it at first, but then after a few months, something weird happened. Now raw lettuce feels repulsive to me. Anyone experience this problem? Maybe I need to rotate the greens more?

    • @user-xx7pg3vw9k
      @user-xx7pg3vw9k 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      In nature foods are seasonal and cyclical. Try eating in accordance with the seasons. We don’t do that in the US and your body is simply asking for seasonal nutrients. Next season you will probably like the same lettuce again. Try going for some different types of greens for now.

    • @SuzNews
      @SuzNews 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Maybe. There are many kinds of lettuce, maybe you can switch them out. Also, chopped lettuce is wonderful replacing noodles in some warm/hot salty soup. (But then, I cook some foods.)

    • @Saturns_Return
      @Saturns_Return 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's your body realizing that lettuce is nutritionally jack sh!t and signaling that you should use actual greens like kale spinach and chard instead
