All looking great, they don't seam to worry about safety much in Thailand, not much H&S here unlike the UK.

Hi, no they dont worry about HSE stuff here, however i think the UK takes it to a level of stupidity.

I'm just bamboozled by the choice of location. There is good reason why no one had built a house there. I showed my Thai wife, I won't tell you what she said 😅...... good luck!

There are lots popping up around here, there is more flooding in central Thailand than here, the river is controlled well during wet season, if we flood it wouldn't matter how far inland we were as we are the same elevation as the main road and almost the whole surrounding area for hundreds of square miles, if it does flood it will spread into hundreds of cities, towns and villages all along the river. However, that being said, there are no guarantees.

You mention the Loft hotel in Nakhon P, where their outside floor is painted in a greyish color. Well do you have the hotels website? And the name of this TOA paint product?
    Cheers
    Ps. Your carport is great.

Electric cable for my house was put underground. The power guy told me it will look better than see the cable cross from the pole.

Hi, thanks for watching, we could have done that but we will need to extend it to run pool and holiday homes.

    Hi Paul.
    Hope all is well.
I have a few questions that I hope you have answers to. I wonder what you are painting on the cement in the carport? Then I saw in another video that you used some cloth on the ground to separate the soil and gravel, do you have a name for it and where did you buy these parts?
    Best regards
    Mathias

Hi Mathias, the concrete is coated with a sealant I'm not sure of name now but it was some sort of PVA, the cloth used for separating fine sand to make render is just nylon netting that they use for spreading rice on to dry, all supplied by builders but any DIY style shop will sell it as with the concrete sealer.

Hi, thanks for watching, our builder was local, he is a family friend from Renu Nakhon. I'm sure I gave the company phone number a spot on one of the early videos and the workers usually have shirts on with name of company and the phone number,
