You guys should make a video reviewing Sabin’s SBN Pronator Hand. Would love to see you and Janis test it out and hearing your thoughts on it. I recently bought one myself and i love it 💪🏻💪🏻

Coach Ray in your opinion what is the most important thing to do in relation to arm wrestling?

It's important to highlight Yanis touching on how this isn't good to do this all the time. You can over train if you do too compound movement.

Devon.. you think he trains like this at all? His speed doesn't seem great and it ability to receive speed isn't great either. His arm always gets blown open pretty far so he can probably work on his speed more, right? He does a lot of isometrics it seems, or maybe that's all he shows. We never really see him training these days. I love bands tho and I think it really compliments most workouts. Squats feel so much nicer with bands.Easier at the bottom but harder at the top. Good to develop speed. I love it.

If it sticks around always go to medical professionals, but I'd say take it easy a couple days and then use real light weight lots of reps to rehab those tendons

how impossible would this feel to somebody that has never done pulley work ?

It depends on the amount of weight used. If a complete novice tries to go heavy it will be painful.

Not too impossible if you go light enough. Just don't ego lift, focus on self improvement, and you'll progress really fast 💪
