I've found as far as style goes, you just have to pull people to see what is good for you, a pulling machine feels nothing like pulling an opponent 💪💪💪
This video alone not only helped me become a great newbie, it also helped me teach my friends safe ways to armwrestle too. Now pretty much everyone at my school armwrestlers
Thanks coach Ray “ I am sixty three years old’ I have been using your videos for over 2yrs now and I am stronger now than in my thirties. You have no idea how much it’s done for me. Keep it up “ VOA is my path to POWER.
Man i just noticed that your channel exists and im very excited about it. You are a chill guy, i can understand all your talking (im spanish) because you pronounce so well and the most important thing is that you actually are not cocky but full of knowledge. Ill start eating all your videos because there is gold. Huge thank you because lot of people learn and improve because of you. Also i would like to suggest a video where you explain what are the most important pulley accesories and how to build it without money (i mean cheap DIY) for the beginners. Love and keep going i hope one day we will meet and arm wrestle 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Very helpful, and thanks for taking your time to do this and to share it with the world, free of charge. I have to say, I love the fact that the first topic you guys covered is about safe arm wrestling. One of my oldest and best friends wanted to begin training for arm wrestling about 3-4 years ago (it was during lockdowns when he began taking an interest to if). He broke his arm within the first 2 months. He said he was having a “friendly match” with a guy at his gym, and out of nowhere during the first pull… “POP!!” He claims it was just a freak thing… but I had seen him pull a few times and I don’t think he had any idea how to be safe as a new puller. He has since healed and has become much more conscious of his technique, but he has to learn the hard way, I suppose. Stay strong, and love arm wrestling!
@@onthe1481 please educate yourself and learn about the proper communication skills and then come back to me. Which video games are you talking about ?
great video. just had my first training session tonight and i quickly learned that simply being strong and having a strong arm isnt enough to beat a good armwrestler lol
Awesome content! When i click on your videos I always know I'm going to learn something new to help with my training. Really impressed with this, well done
Thank you coach Ray Thank you Mr. Janis What is your measurements right now? Like weight, height, biceps and wrist... And how old are you? I want to these from both of you...
Thank you for this very informative video. I would like to know where your videos on forearm training. I take pride in my biceps 💪. But my forearms are so skinny and seem to always give out before anything else. I have been trying to work my hand and wrist but still seems to be a challenge and my greatest limitation. Edit: found link in your description thank you!!!
This helps me so much 🤘👊 I'm new and my arm is always destroyed lol but I'm the weakest on the team so I get destroyed at will and I'm 42 when they're 27 to 30 lol but thank you for this video 🤘
@@voiceofarmwrestling I have a question, do you guys have any experiance with ultrasound therapy, im curiose to hear if you treat yourselfs. Im troubled with inflammation in the elbows, i cant bent or stretch to full extent. Maybe you could do a video about it. That would be so awesome :)
I hurt my upper arm training with bands two years ago did 6months of physical therapy X-rays emg showed no breaks or torn muscles but my arm still hurts a lot when I turn out my forearm and use weights. Haven't been able to work out since then just starts doing deadlifts to try at least a little to keep the belly fat off.
Can I please make a request for an advanced technique guide to defending against explosive toproll as a slow but strong hook puller? Best strategies to survive initial hit? Love your content. I will go to patreon for your efforts, thank you.
Hi. I have these two questions. When you want to increase your strength, how heavy would you lift. In other words, how many reps would you do? Also, would you have long breaks between series to recover more in order to lift heavier in the next series, or would you keep the breaks short?
Jujimufu has some good content about that where he has Devon Larratt showing him great armwrestling workouts...and doing regular gym exercises will do nothing for your arm wrestling game or strength!!
Thank You. If you can`t find armwrestling club near you, start your own. Check forums on Facebook, Reddit some local forums and ask is there any armwrestlers near your area. Sometimes there are at least few people who know what to do. :)

If you train 3 times per week. Are you training all 4 aspects ( hand, back, side, pronate) in each session, or splitting them up. Could you draft up a weekly schedule? Thank you. Stacy
Voice of Armwrestling I am arm wrestling for about a year and I am 15 year old and I am not having much weights (just 10 kilos)how should I train with this weight and now my elbow hurt bad
the bicep and two tendons were torn in the worlds in 2004 - I had surgery to repair my arm - Bert Whitfield and myself went to Las Vegas 4 weeks after my injury , I pulled left handed but the right top off the bicep tore loose. Then my arm became tendons below my bicep , my doctor told me that he wouldn't advise surgery that it's very strong .
Whats the pain between your inner elbow and bottom of your bicep? Right where the vein goes from bicep to forearm. For a while it felt like sharp pains and it almost had me in tears and i have a fairly high tolerance for pain. Right where you elbow bends but on the inside above inner forearm but below bicep right in between the two where it bends.
Many reasons. Most likely, you are young with little history of strength training or physical training, your bones have not developed very much. Your workout from your channel indicate you trained for AW but have little else for stress for bone to adapt. Prolonged and constant stress for strength training or physical labor is necessary. Also, your nutrition matters. I do not know your nutrition but some diets add to bone strength and some food actually take away. You are young so a long term bone healthy diet from you is unlikely. You do not appear "well feed". The body will not be solid without adequate food or proper nutrition supplementing. I would bet you have had neither for an extended period. Being well feed and being fat are not the same. Quality nutrition matters at any weight. Also, "position" is important yes, but stress can be applied to bone in rotational force even when body position looks OK. People are more likely injured when arm is low because of increased torque, you position during injury was shoulder away from arm. I would guess your injury is a result of all these factors. Your enthusiasm is great but you outpaced your body. Dave Chaffee broke arm at his second tournament but is now one of the best in the world. Injuries happen all sports, many worse than broken arms. Create a 5 year plan, have patience, grow into a man, and try again if you still have heart. "How much can you take, and keep moving forward?" Good luck
I am a beginner and I have had the misfortune of an arm break. Like in the beginning of your video I got outside of my shoulder and suffered a spiral fracture. I was fortunate enough to not need surgery and after 3 months I am able to use my arm enough to go back to work but it is still sore and hurts with certain movements. I understand that I have to give it more time before I can return to training and practice and a long time still before any competition. If you have any tips on what to do to get my arm back in shape and to strengthen my arm and/ or what to practice on the table to make sure I don't have any other injuries. Most of the guys I know are top rollers and it doesn't feel natural for me and I can't seem to get the pronation for top rolling. I would like to try the hook or inside offense and defense in the future so any tips and exercises and beginner advice would be greatly appreciated. You guys have great videos and I have learned a lot from you guys that I can't wait to use in work outs and practice. Thank You guys for all the information you have shared! 👍👍👊👊💪💪
