This finale was the perfect way to end a ride with a high note! B’rer Rabbit goes back home, B’rer Fox and B’rer Bear are attacked by a gator, and they all have a happy ending!
This is honestly the best condition I have seen the Disneyland Splash Mountain in
June 14 update: The lighting on the finale Br’er Fox has been fixed!
Well it has been in better, but in terms of recently, I would agree!

That’s why I’ve always loved Disneyland a bit more over WDW. Even though WDW is my home park, I can really appreciate how much effort Disneyland makes to making everything look great! That seems to be the opposite of WDW right now.

@@TheSplashMountainChannel Yes! I love Disneyland the best. ☺️ :) To be fair, Disneyland IS my home park since I live in CA, but I do feel like there's something special about Disneyland. Yes, Disney World is huge and has things Disneyland doesn't have. But Disneuland also has stuff Disney World doesn't have. But even with the rides and stuff Disneyland does have, they really care to keep all their stuff in the best shape- refurbish stuff a lot and keep making them better...usually. I really hope they do not change Splash Mountain into the Princess and the Frog thing...I don't want them to do that at all. >_> Keep Splash Mountain the way it is.
Also Disneyland has my favorite Disney character as a costumed character too...hehe ;3 💗 and he's not at Disney World for some reason, only Disneyland. So Disneyland is special to me for many reasons.
Disney World should give their Splash Mountain some fixing too. It would look a lot better.
This just makes me think the retheme will be canned. This is the best some of these guys have looked in ages. What is the point in doing all this work on the characters for a ride that is supposed to close in the near future? I reckon it’s staying which is great

Has anyone noticed how Brer Rabbit is brown in this version but is gray at magic kingdom
Yeah, brown is more is actual color. Idk why they made him gray at WDW.
@@TheSplashMountainChannel I've wondered this for years. They kept him brown on all the signage and theming surrounding the attraction. My best guess has always been that Brer Fox and Brer Bear are already shades of brown, and they wanted a third character to stand out. It definitely makes sense when applying this logic to the attraction poster and merch. Having a brown rabbit on the log could risk his outline blending in with it, so he'd have to be a different color to stand out. Idk I've thought about way more than a person should.

Porkypine's Right Arm Wasn't Drumming
Very incredibly.
I just rode splash last week like 5 times and so many animatronics were missing or broken. Also they seemed to have turned off spotlights off on certain scenes and also turned off or muffled the audio of the characters. I think this one is going to be going down for the remodel in Disneyland once the summer is over.
Which animatronics were broken? I heard that Br’er Rabbit was a bit muffled, but what others are broken?
@@TheSplashMountainChannel the three alligators at the end were off and the light on them was turned off. Also, after the first drop at slippin falls when you go in several of the birds were not working and one on the corner bend was off and the spotlight was off. Where Brer rabbit is stuck in the honey the sound was off and also where brer fox is pulling brer bear up on the rope the audio was off. It was really strange.
So glad to see it working, looks like one good thing may have come from covid, looks like Disney has decided to not give in to a couple hundred whiners and have decided to keep it for the millions of fans. At least for now.
Let’s hope so. If Disneyland’s Splash Mountain changes, The rest of Critter Country could change as well and I do NOT want that.
