great segment Johnny. really liked the mushroom burger idea. they've always been one of my favorites at the fast food joints when they have them. The pork looked good too but my diabetes doesn't like noodles/pasta. wonder how the chorizo scramble would do with hash browns. it looks good. as always, thanks for sharing.
The pork chops you did, the Chinese takeaways here use this powder called MSG, and you add a little to the stir fry mix and it gives you that takeaway smell and taste. Good video as usual.
I would have ranked your #5 in first place (with the tortillas and sour cream you didn’t use 😉). I would have ranked your #4 in second place. Those taquitos might be good with some high quality store bought chili instead of the tika sauce (whatever that is 🤷🏻♂️) next time. Entertaining show today!!!

Just a suggestion: I know you have a smoker of some sort, even a pellet grill. Change it up and show us cheap folks some smoker recipes. We're here for the baller on a budget recipes. We eat that stuff up. Doesn't necessarily have to be on a flat top. Drop me an address and I'll send you a jar of rub (sealed) that I use for everything. I get tired of seeing the "experts" cook. I wanna see a normal dude with an aluminum can in his hand doing so, right before his diet.
