Hi Pat - Thank you for the video! Would you have any advice for an efficient way to highlight specific cell changes only (either cells in the "Diff" column or cells in the "Current" column that differ from "Previous")?

That's a good question - I would simply use the carrot dropdown and filter for the items that say "Diff" and then highlight those cells. I don't know of a way to have that automated off the top of my head.
