Megan, I just found your channel this morning. 10 years ago and the near past I was close to 200lb. In thie amount of time I've learned a lot. Probably the most important. When my mind is not healthy, my eating isn't either. I have used many of your principles. Much more to say will save it for now.
I recently learned that lots of yoga mats are filled with toxic chemicals. I have been doing my research and just purchased a new toxic free mat that will last me years that's better for the planet and my health. I hope this comment helps or inspires someone else to look into their yoga mat 🙂

I love try a new fruit and vegetable, always good to explore, plus thanks for talking about supporting our guts 😊 Yep, I’ve personally started freezing my fresh produce, great tip. Adding greens is a must, love that you talked about that too! 10 minutes of exercise, hot bath before sleep is so relaxing and soothing. Girl, I love all your 11 tips and thank you for doing this valuable video!
Love these tips! I definitely can relate to the meal planning one. I write my meals on a dry-erase board that's on my fridge so that I remember what foods I have defrosting or if there are fresh veggies I need to use because I really do hate wasting food 😊
Not sure if you've been told this before, but you really remind me of Erin from the Walton's. Especially Erin from the older seasons when she's an adult.
Another excellent video, thanks so much! Could you do a video on blood sugar regulation, and types of foods that are helpful with regulating blood sugars and keeping us full for longer? Thanks so much!
I have a real problem digesting protein like beans/soy etc. I dont eat meat to thats not a option either. I try to at least put 1-2 table spoons of peas/chickpeas/brown rice protein powder or else into my meals but not always. Any suggestions?
@@qhostary I did try them but since then I was diagnosed with fructose intolerance maybe the veggies were what I couldn't digest not the beans 🤔 have to try them again. still trying to figure it all out.

could u eat chickpea/beans pastas?

I would add if you shop in a farmer's market, don't meal plan before. Go and pick whatever's best and then do your planning accordingly.
