Thanks for the tip. I checked my 2022 after I adjusted the spring load and it’s just starting to rub. So thanks again. Just got back from Baldwin and saint Helen. Saint Helen was super fun and Baldwin was ok. Planning a ride in Taylor park Colorado next month. Hope to see you out on the trails someday.
Glad it helped. I love riding in Saint Helen. Baldwin trails are really wide and a bit boring. Baldwin DNR seems to hate ORVs and snowmobile’s even though that’s where a large portion of the town makes their money. I’ve heard a lot of bad DNR stories in Baldwin especially lately. The Dirt Dudes had issues there too. Baldwin is the only place I’ve gotten stopped by a DNR. I was parking at a community fire pit for snowmobilers and I parked off to the side of the trail so people had plenty of room to ride past and the DNR pulled up yelling at me and saying he could take my sled for going off the trail before I could even say a word. I was parked just off the trail it was so insane. Never rode there since. I ride the trails between Houghton Lake and Traverse city a lot. Sometimes down to Leota. I hope to see you on the trails as well.
Good to know about Baldwin. Apparently I got lucky because I got lost on the trail and was on the power line road for a minute getting my bearings and another rider told me it's a $300 fine if you get caught. Dodged a bullet. Yeah, I was thinking about doing traverse city before the Colorado trip. Where is a good place to park? Also maybe next year I want to do Huron lake mountain and some western u p rides, they look pretty awesome. Congrats on your new house and barn. I have a nice barn for my toys as well. 👍
I had to build mine up through years of helping me with dumb tasks. I would suggest just getting a friend to help. The return on investment of a wife is not good.

Hi. What did you make the shock absorber thread covers from? You have a sleeve that connects the springs sliding on the plastic. I have a thread on the pipe and it will cause the aluminum to wear off
I have been having an issue with my camera capturing the main scene of that video. I got a new camera setup and finally got it recorded well. I have a video of the new property and trails dropping Friday and that video will be up next week. Sorry about the delay. I don’t just want to make sure the video is as good as possible.

My shocks are completely stock. They are exactly as they came on my 2019 SE.

What so you think about limit straps? I was thinking about maybe adding some on.
Limit straps are always a great idea. They really help save your shocks and CV axles. I don’t have any yet but I would like to get some.
