Thanks for the fun. Ah learner drivers! So glad that is behind us, it’s quite a challenge all those hours, we had 5. Wishing your dad a speedy recovery and good luck next Wednesday 💩😬 I just love the colour of your ranunculus. I’ve knit quite a few myself and have a couple in double stranded mohair and they are just so light and warm and wonderful. Happy knitting 🥰
Thanks so much Karen for your lovely comments. I wore my green Ranunculus today and it was so light and airy but warm. Looking forward to finishing this Clementine one. Yes, fingers crossed all ok on Wed. :)
Oh bless you Tash, thanks so much for taking the time to share your projects, sending positive vibes to your dad, and for you to, wishing you a fun time after your tests with your friend, from a sunny day here in the UK, hoping it stays for the planned Easter egg hunt at our local National Trust property at Belton House Grantham for the children to enjoy, thanks again, kind regards x
Hi Zilhah. Thanks so much for taking the time to leave such a lovely comment. Hope all goes well with your Easter egg hunt. My kids absolutely loved hunting for Easter eggs. :)
Loving your projects and they always look great. Wish I had the experience and confidence to change or modify patterns to suit me. Enjoy the many tips you share and natural feel in your knitting video's.😊
Thanks so much Renata. I have found that my confidence has been built up through a bit of trial and error. Not everything has worked out the way i wanted or expected and so there has been a lot of ripping back and restarting. I have learned a lot over the years from classes and TH-cam as well. It is nice to be able to give back a bit of what I have learned and i am so glad you are enjoying the videos. Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a lovely comment. :)
I know some time has gone by since this video and I hope your dad is well. 💚 loving both the ranunculus! lively happy colors! I also really love the Zweig sweater withe the low contrast, delicate texture. 🌺🌸
Thank you so much for your thoughts and care for my dad. Unfortunately he passed away on April 26. I talk about it in episode 15. He had a good and long life but I was never going to be ready to say goodbye. I will always miss him. Xx
@@mostlyknitting Tash, I am so sorry, I understand, both my parents are quite elderly now, past their 80s and I try to prepare myself for this at some point but I wonder if that is even possible... I send you and him Light and Love 💚🙏
The only good thing about colonoscopies is the sleep after it’s all done oh and the eating food. I have had 2 done and believe it or not the prep took FOREVER to work! Here’s hoping yours is smooth sailing! Love your Zweig. I would never think of using two light colours but it looks great as do all your projects!
Thanks so much Michelle. Fingers crossed all goes well. I ummed and aahed about a low contrast Zweig but i saw a few nice ones on ravelry and thought i would like it. I would quite like to make it again with a higher contrast this time.
Thanks so much Melissa. Dad is doing quite a bit better and all good with my procedure. Still waiting on some results but no cancer which is a relief.xx
Tash the completed blue socks are lovely. Now you are doing the 13 th musclebra (that's how it appears in the transcript) lol. The new Ilha knit is in a really nice colour and will be a hit. The Zweiss sweater if you knit it again it should have more positive ease. I trust that your procedure results were good. I had one done in last September. I am retired but I am busy the result is I am late commenting. Take care 🙂 ❤
Hi Rosemary. Thanks so much for your lovely comments. All good with my results, I think. Dr visit next week. It's good to hear you are busy - it is nice to have a full life after retirement. Hope you are having a good week. :)
Hi Rosemary, he is on the mend, thankfully. He is out of bed now and they are working on getting him moving around and better enough to get back to his aged care facility which is wonderful. Thanks so much for asking. Hope you are keeping well. :)
Love all your projects ❤️ and I hope your dad feels better with healing prayers and thanks for sharing take care!
Thanks so much Linda. I appreciate your prayers. x

It's actually really nice seeing all your knit sweaters because I have a lot of them in my collections too. Isn't that funny.
