Here's something better than the Ordinary - Watch my Night Time Skin Care Routine ft Lily Collins Beauty Secrets VOGUE LOL: th-cam.com/video/x0jMGw-WPpw/w-d-xo.html
The niacinamide product works very well on acne but you can't really see the result in one week! Actually it takes like 1 month to get a really smooth skin as the product will at first purge your skin and make all your acne go on the surface to get rid of everything. So it can makes people break out but it is worth the wait! Hope it can help :)
hii, i really need help. i've been using niacinamide and azelaic acid for three days & today is my third day. i applied both on my face but when i used the azelaic acid i mainly massaged it on my eye area and now it's night i have itchy little bump on my eye are. what should i do? is this normal?? i also put three drops of niacinamide directly onto my skin.
Omg I literally tried nicaincnide and rose heep oil before going to bed and I woke up with a bunch of bumps on my face so it might be what you talking about but I’m very scared to continue ..
I think the reason why your skin was breaking out on the first few days is because you are probably going through a process of purging, once you get used to it then it will calm down :)
I highly recommend the ordinary’s glycolic acid toner, it’s a skin saviour! It clears your skin super quick and makes you glow. You’ll look like a hundy, can’t go wrong with it x
At first I used the oil in between serum and moisturiser which caused breakouts, but then I tried to apply the oil at the end of my routine right after moisturiser and THERE’s NO MORE PIMPLES! 😂 the oil seemed to kinda lock all the moisture in.
I love the Rosehip Oil, seriously thts the best oil l ever used on my face. I use peeling solution frm Ordinary as well and thn l will use the oil to stop the tingling or discomfort. Highly recommend ✌🏽
I only tried the Hyaluronic acid one before and that is by far the BEST product I ever tried for my 'unhydrated' skin, it seem small but it is THICK and last 2/3 months plus the price is cheap. I bought the alpha arbutin one before my mid sem break but because of the whole corana thing I left it in my uni hostel room and haven't even got to try it because I haven't go back haha
I've just started using the ordinary brand too. And you can find many of them on shopee. There were some malaysian seller that i always bought my skincare product from like myadore, marshear, etc. I just bought both the niacinamide and rosehip oil on myadore. It cost only rm32.90 for niacinamide one and rm54.90 for the rosehip oil
@@IvorXianZ yeah im concern about the authenticity too. What i would do is ask the seller everything abt the product like where they get it and make them to show some receipt (with the latest purchased) from deciem. I only buy my ordinary from your recommendation in description: (worthee cosmetics) and/or threebs because shipping much cheaper. Counterfeit the ordinary product is everywhere now.. so need to be extra careful.
I get pimples from Rose hip oil. I tried Niacinamide and rose hip oil too. Whenever i apply the rose hip, i get a new pimple everyday. When i stopped using it, no new pimples appear. Now, I only apply rose hip oil on my scar and not on the whole face.
I'd you wet your face, lightly pat dry and using your wet hands use around 6 drops and wipe well over your face of will lightly disperse it and you won't get spots :). Most people use far too much and don't apply with wet hands.
I think the problem is (or was?) that you were using too much product, not sure of the niacinamide but for sure of the oil. I read somewhere a piece of advice from a makeup artist that putting two drops of the oil in the palms of your hands and rubbing them together with a few drops of water before applying it onto your face helps reduce stickiness and breakouts. I just purchased it and that's how I'm going to use it, so I really hope not to break out!! 🙏
yea one of the comments here saying that i shouldn't mix Rosehip oil with Niacinamide...but like..when do I even use the oil though...? Yea diluting it could work perhaps! let me know if it does good to you!
I'm using it as a last step of my night routine so I didn't want to dilute it with water. But I didn't break out. I'm using literally just 3 drops of the oil every night. How I really love it is massaging it onto my face and there I use more amount, enough to get my hands slippery
Experimented with both and hyaluronic acid, tbh it works best for me when i use HA and then NA. Rosehip oil makes me break out esp when i perspire, so i would keep it aside for cold weather/nighttime. So u might wanna try HA + NA combo, then use moisturizer 😊
when applying the rosehip oil, how long does it take to dry out/absord into the skin? because i was wondering if it doesnt absorb into the skin straight away i could use the moisture from the oil do some face massages so i was wondering the time taken until the oil fully absorbs into the skin. also, can i use the rosehip oil after using the aha bha peeling mask from the ordinary as well? great video!
hmm probably 20 mins after massaging my face with my hands while applying it. It does take a while to absorb compared to other fine oils. I guess you could but make sure to put toner before you put the rosehip oil as the oil would act better as a last step moisturizer.
hey, can I just use the Ordinary niacinamide? because I just have that one. I don't have the ordinary rose-ship one, but I do have Thursday Plantation Rose-ship oil. can use it instead of the Ordinary one? I hope you answer it very soon:'D And What I mean was, can I use a different product? edit: I'm from Malaysia As Well
hey wang! i suggest just using niacinamide solely, without rosehip oil. As long as theres an ingredient of Niacinamide, it's good to go :) check out the comments from other viewer below: 'you could get a cheaper TO niacinamide on shopee, I bought for RM39.80 from this one Shopee Mall called Nana Mall, the only downside is gotta wait for a week for the parcel to arrive since its shipped from abroad (hong kong if im not mistaken). you could buy TO products from some local trusted seller on shopee like marshearbeauty, wako beauty, chalofa. cosblah & kosatoz is much cheaper too but it’s from korea. hope this helps cheers'
I use hyaluronic acid in the morning then moisturiser and sunscreen and for night I use niacinimide at night then moisturiser I just wanted to know if I start using rose hip do I just put it after my serums ? Or should I use it once like in morning
after your serum at night ,after your moisturizer because oil can penetrate through cream and not the other way around and the oil will basically lock your moisturizer in... hope this helps
Dude, there are people whose skin can't comply to 10% niacinamide well if there is still pop up acne on your skin after a month you should reduce the concentration.. maybe
bruhh I just checked! it;s hella expesive! probably they used real pink jade or something but THEY LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME -.- u can check here from Sephora: www.sephora.my/products/mount-lai-de-puffing-rose-quartz-facial-roller/v/standard-size?dxid=Cj0KCQjw6PD3BRDPARIsAN8pHuE6ghYJpkK6XMAU6cFOAofGm_2BSznVQk7g2ZX6CpR0yTxePXy6yiIaAt2PEALw_wcB&dxgaid=Cj0KCQjw6PD3BRDPARIsAN8pHuE6ghYJpkK6XMAU6cFOAofGm_2BSznVQk7g2ZX6CpR0yTxePXy6yiIaAt2PEALw_wcB&gclid=Cj0KCQjw6PD3BRDPARIsAN8pHuE6ghYJpkK6XMAU6cFOAofGm_2BSznVQk7g2ZX6CpR0yTxePXy6yiIaAt2PEALw_wcB
i doubt it would because these two bottles of ordinary helps on hydration only, not particularly on dark circles which is dark pigmentation. Perhaps massaging the undereyes could help with the blood circulation :D
i had this problem too, i’d recommend mixing the niacinamide (only one small drop) with a moisturizer! no more stinging and my skin is less sensitive :)
