I never try to put a fake accent and I will never ask questions in English if someone who I am interviewing doesnt kmow English. I can point out so many instances like Jayaram, jojo George etc. I am not judging his language skills, but I totally hate when he acts as if it is so uncool to speak clear malayalam. Look at prithviraj , he speaks clear malayalam and good English. I totally understand he managed to pull off that interview.
