Low heel recovery point is wrong 😑 You said when gradually your speed increase your heel will comes up but thats not true. First thing is low heel recovery only take place in a good way when you have good stiffer ankles and second your angle is low. Second point - low is recovery purpose is to minimise the time from point A to B . So can you explain now - that when your running speed increase your heel will goes up ? That means your are making athletes to take more time after speed increase although
Now second point you said maximal weight training ratio but thats totally wrong . Your approach looks too old . You cant apply the same approach for all the athletes. If you are talking about new bees its will best approach but when it comes to elite they already on their peak strength so the number improve doesnt matter . Instead the best approach will be explosive weight training. So before saying something thinking twice
