I love Viltrox lenses. I'm mainly using a Panasonic S5 now, but I still use my trusty a6400 on my gimbal, so this looks like a great option. Generally I'm not at such a wide open aperture when shooting wide, but hey... Why not spend more money? Lol. Great review as always.
So gorgeous!!! I'm curious if you felt like putting the lens on the sony body it was kind of hard to fully turn and click on? Is that normal? I know they're compatible but I have this exact same combo of lens and body and it's not wanting to click onto the camera body! Thank you!
I have a lot of doubt between the Sigma 16mm 1.4 and the Viltrox 13mm 1.4, I have a 18-135mm 3.5-5.6 and 50mm OSS on my a6500, I don't know which one will be better to complement my kit. Can you help me with this doubt? PS: my main focus is photography, so I end up missing a more open and brighter lens when taking pictures
Nice Video Friend.. I'm planning to move into Real Estate Field, Currently own Dji OsmoAction, Dji Pocket2, Dji Mini2, Insta 360 one x2 and Moza Mini P 3-1 Gimbal. Firstly, Are these sufficient enough for Real Estate Video Shoots, or else need to buy a Camera. If so what should to ideal option in Budget for Low Light Indoor Shoots...?
I would love this Viltrox 13mm f1.4 lens., but I don't have the money yet. I waited for Black Friday but I didn't see any discount deal. I will continue waiting hopefully it will be on sales soon. If Viltrox ever goes in sales. I would buy it right away.
Oooh totally forgot about them! Auto focus noise - very tolerable. Close to none actually CA - a bit noticeable from f1.4 to f4. Beyond that range, it’s pretty much controlled already
"you can't have it all (referring to no image stabilization)"; except you can. You could buy the FX30 which has image stabilization despite the lens having no stabilization. Or you can wait for the upcoming ZV-E10 mark ii which is rumored to have the same sensor as the fx30 and introduce image stabilization.
30mm is not a wide angle lens. Wide angle kinda starts at 24mm and goes all the way down to 10 mm and less At 30mm, you're in the "normal" lens range, where things look very similar to how your eyes see.

CHEERS, MAN! 🔥
Hahahaha the best part of the video are your bloopers at the end. I could watch a whole series on just you doing bloopers a compilation lol
Hahaha thank you, Justin!

Hey Dan, thanks for this review. Question @ 3:27 demo. how far is the camera from you? and is it on an eye level or lower, I really love this angle.
Thanks, been thinking of using that angle this year more often haha
The camera was like a foot away from me.
@@DanboxingPH nakakapayat ba ung angle? medyo malaki kasi ako hahaha. sa bandang 4:17 anong lens na gamit mo dito?

Had zero problems putting it on my Sony bodies :)

Yes, brother!
Okay lang. Ganda naman din ng pinalit mo hahaha

Viltrox 23mm 1.4 is also an option for me.
Me too ….. confused btw this 2 lenses sigma or viltrox but I think the 3mm difference will be the game changer ..

Nice line up. If you can, try adding a mirrorless camera that has interchangeable lens. Say Sony zv-e10 plus Sony 11mm f1.8
Man amazing video as always!❤️
Thanks a ton!
Love your dark Grey orange look. Do you sell presets ?
Thank you, Felix! I don’t actually sell presets as of the moment but I have a video for you th-cam.com/video/pzBfhsLJqjE/w-d-xo.html
Great review. Question. This or sigma 16mm? Thanks.
This. The wider the better.
@@DanboxingPH thank you for the advice.
I love the way you review some gears
If you have chance review zeiss son24mm f1.8, it might be very helpful to the community especially to me 😬😬
Thank you!
Given the chance, I’d love to review that lens too

Excited for you, man!
how about the AF noise?
I have the viltrox 23f1.4 its very noisy when video.
It’s a bit noisy but it’s not that a deal breaker for me.
Hello, do you use any filter when you record this video?
Yes. I used Tiffen Black Pro Mist 1/4
can i get a link to a nd filter for this? knf,
Check out K&F
will that be 13mm in apsc bodys or 19.5mm due to the crop factor?
It’s 19.5mm due to crop factor
What about motor focus noise and CA?
Oooh totally forgot about them!
Auto focus noise - very tolerable. Close to none actually
CA - a bit noticeable from f1.4 to f4. Beyond that range, it’s pretty much controlled already
how can i get your green tone type lut ???
Will try to make a video about it soon. But for photos, I have one already - th-cam.com/video/pzBfhsLJqjE/w-d-xo.html
Im currently eyeing this setup. Why'd you gotta upload this bro. Now I wanna get it asap 😭😭
Hahahaha go for it!!!
Do you need an adapter for this?
Nope!
Hi! Can you help me decide? What would you pick it you can only have one, the sigma 16mm or viltrox 13mm?
13mm. The wider the better :)
@@DanboxingPH can you make a video comparing both lenses? (13mm and 16mm)
It will be good if you shoot some cinematic shoots with the items you review 🔥🔥🔥❤️
Noted on this. Thanks so much for the suggestion :)
Real world sample video boss :)
Like actual vlog?
@@DanboxingPH yes kinda like that :)
puwede po ba itong lens sa A7iv?
Yes, pwede! :)

learn nothing new, from reading the specs available online, minimum focus distance you should have show how close
Feel free to make your own review video.
@@DanboxingPH Id rather read the manual than watch your video because it is literally the same. you bring nothing new and your video waste my time
Don’t forget the warranty card also. Enjoy reading :)

Thank you!!!
