How do I get games off a banned account back
If they sell you a system worth a bunch of money and it becomes useless because they think they're allowed to tell you how to use it. Find where Microsoft is and take something of there's of equal value they owe you money.

It doesn’t stop you from using the system but you can’t do anything online which isn’t included with the Xbox
They cant say you cant play offline but they can stop you from playing online because its their servers
Recycle your old systems. Don’t destroy them. Someone needs those resistors, compacitors, power supplies, hard drives etc. OR… Mod it and use it as an emulation machine. The One X is an emulation beast!

As long as the account wasn’t also banned then yes you can move the account and use it on a different console.

There is another way to unban the hardware but it aint easy either be a friend with a employee/admin or work for microsoft at the xbox live division
