hey i don't have the option the disable fullscreen optimizations what should I do?

on that windows (4:16) you can see [Compatibility mode] on there [tick {Run this program in compatibility mode for} ]
the you can change the options of compatibility mode mine is given as windows 8 if you are given windows 7 or other change to windows 8 after changing {click on apply button} then close
Ones more get that dialog box and go to (compatibility tad) now there you can see {disable fullscreen optimization} Option :)

ok this is impossible to get screen flickering on 240hz monitor. if you are telling the truth then Goto Settings > System > Display on bottom click Advance display settings then change you refresh rate to 240hz, if not worked then update your graphics and update your windows :).
