On my windows 11 laptop there is another option under "Choose refresh rate" at 1:35 , its called "Automatically manage color for apps" and enabling it on each display fixed the issue for me

Hello. I am wondering if you can help me. I think I accidentally picked up a virus or malware. When I scan my PC with Microsoft defender, it doesn't show up any viruses. But every few minutes cmd opens and immediately closes and I can often hear a video playing in the background but my chrome is turned off. Thank you.

If it's a laptop then take out the battery for sometime and then turn on and if its a desktop then replug the monitor cables.
