Brittany, you really should take Jason's advice and spend an hour on any of the many TH-cam videos of Dr Thomas Seyfried. Not just a brilliant researcher but passionate and funny.

It’s a shame someone as young as Brittany has to go thru cancer. She’s a real trooper.

Shawn hinted this kinda (I think, could be wrong, he was very cautious, what's undertstandable.). Exercise has a big impact on how growth factors and glucose are utilized. In your state I am not sure that prolong fasting is the best way to go. I would introduce more protein to diet (Of course preferably/mainly from ruminant animals) in a combination with resistance training. You don't need 'real', long training session to signal your body it needs to start growing muscle. You just need a good/smart stimulant, and micro workouts, or even shorter 'workouts' (E.g. a single set or two, then later when you feel like it another one of few.). Don't waste much time and energy on volume. I would try to focus on 3-5 reps, max 10, and you can do this throughout the day. Depending on how you feel you can do between a couple of sets per large muscle group per day, and only few sets per large muscle group per week. For legs, if you can do 10 squats for example, do few sets of 10 per day - week, if you can do more, then get a vest or take dumbbells then do between 3 - 10. Same with pushups. You can do 10 or more, find a way to increase resistance by raising legs, using a vest whatever. You said you have been exercising before, and that's a good thing because of 'muscle memory' etc. Chances are your body will prioritize your healthy cells and muscle growth vs cancerous one which should be the first to get 'eaten' when autophagy kicks in. Re hydrocodone. Never take painkillers (any kind, not just opioids) just because your doc told you. These people are often imbecils simply following instruction manual. You take them when you need them, when you're in pain. Considering you're getting injections, it's not like you risk having to wait half an hour or longer for the stuff to get absorbed. This can be different if you use NSAID or similar to manage inflammation in rare cases of something really sensitive/important (brain tissue), but for everything else you want to wait for the pain to get serious before taking it. Also, this is just me, but I personally would focus more on how I feel, vs lab results/values.

I agree. I had to try it. Pree my fast the cancer was growing. I definitely think this helped stop the growth. Now I am on to new protocols.

Thank you for sharing your story Britanny. Great interview....I learnt a bunch and hope you both continue to thrive ....I will have a a look at the studies you mentioned Jason. The rotating keto diet sounds very intersting. Thank you for sharing. As a nurse I have seen many patients being late diagnosed with Cancer because their family foctors did not do their due deligence or dismissed the health concerne as nothing to worry about.....we really need to be determined to find out what is happening to our bodies and not be silenced by anyone no doctor or anyone who might dismiss it as something that is probably nothing.... Blessings and healing all around 🙏🏾✨️✨️✨️
