Worked like a charm and much better than downloading an app or using an online converter as so many websites recommend. It's a shame that the "apple-y" way of doing this is so unintuitive and that they couldn't just add a CSV export in the contacts app which would have made sense. Very helpful and thanks for keeping it short and to the point.
this method isn't working for me. i can't download numbers because i don't have macos 10.15 but, i can't find it on the appstore. so, is there another way to get this done or find the OS that i need to get numbers?
Hi, it doesn't seem to work for me. Must be doing something wrong. I can drag it over but it just doesn't 'stick". Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
Mimiran: CRM for people who hate selling. I was able to do it singularity in the end but would have been better if I could have done it together. Thank you for your help.
@@Sub69ronnischrevel Glad you got it working. Sorry you had to do it one at a time. Just validated that it works for me. (Although there are a few seconds of beach balling while it processes the import.)
@@MimiranCRM I can only seem to do it one at a time as well. but I have over 1000 contacts and need a faster way to export to numbers in order to make a CSV file for my CRM. Any suggestions?

No kidding, right? It must have been much more work do the drag and drop vs just adding a "CSV" option to the export menu...
Thank you SO MUCH!!!!! It worked perfectly! I wonder why they don't just have the option in Contacts. Great explanation. You have a new subscriber!
No kidding, right?
This was great , I just wish it would also copy over the "notes" field on the contact card
thank you! Very helpful!!
Anyone know how to do this so that it captures emojis?

Try looking in your Purchase History in the AppStore, instead of just installing. Some people report that this will let you install older versions.
informative. But the recording is awful with all the mouth noises, my ears are bleeding.
