Papa Stache, Jimi Hendrix is my hero. Today at school I had a conversation with my math teacher about the Axis: Bold of Love album and how my mind was blown into little bits in pieces. He then recommended to me a DVD of the Band of Gypsy concert, which I haven't been able to check out yet. Anyway...when I play Wind Cries Marry, I never feel better playing guitar and I want to get even better. He has influenced many other of my favorite guitar players and is now influencing me incredibly. Please help me get to the next level of Hendrix mastery.

Greatly enjoying your Ultimate Blues/Rock ExpressionSessions 9-DVD set Papastache!! Bought them last Christmas, and though they are AWESOME (recommended to anyone!), I found myself wishing for just a bit more Hendrix on them. Not that there is no Hendrix on them, just that there can never be enough Hendrix on them ;). This would be a fantastic addition!!

Hey Papa, what's up ? Just thought I would share my story with you. Back in the 80's me and my best friend had a metal band called Dark Strider, I was twenty three at the time, we played a lot of Judas Priest and Iron Maiden we were really good, anyway the other guys in the band started going in a different direction musically and they eventually kicked me out of the band I was really devastated hurt and alone with no band I eventually moved away and stopped playing guitar for about twenty five years, big mistake !!! It's been very difficult getting my skills back but I'm slowly getting there. In fact I've been telling everyone that I have this incredible instructor named PapaStash and that you always eat dinner at my house whenever your in town, I even used Photoshop to make a picture of me and you together at the dinner table. My friends can't wait to meet you next time your in town !!! Problem is I don't know how I'm gonna pull that one off, maybe if I had those dvds I could just tell everyone that you had to take an emergency flight back home but you left the dvds with me as a late Christmas gift autographed by you of course !!! Yeah that sounds believable, I think hmmm anyway thanks for reading my story Papa, your the best. Oh by the way, my mother thinks your cute, but she's like 74 so what ever .

PAPA, Santa missed my house and I didn't get any of the music gear I was lusting after! I had to build my own guitar out of string, and a broom stick, and my amp is a Dixie cup with a string tied to the broom! It's really a shame, because I am, even with my amazing gear, having trouble nailing the Voodoo Chile intro. My shoebox Wah pedal sounds like poo even though I wrote VOX on it with Sharpie. My Arbiter fuzz face is an amazing sounding sardine tin, but my technique is what needs work! My Marshall Dixie cup started sounding a little weak this morning, and even though I used a lefty broomstick, my tone is lacking!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!

How to catch bear, Papastache-style:

Do you have TAB for this, I know the scales, but it helps to see it. I can't always make out where your fingers are, and my hearing is not what it used to be.
