i like that you reinforce the crumple zone of the framethis wiil make the front less likely to be damaged if you have to push or strike an object to remove it from your path
Man, you guys are some heavy-duty techs. I could watch you guys work all day long. I'm looking into getting a van myself and having this done to it. Y'all keep up the excellent work that you do. 👍👍👍👍
Wow, amazing process for full 4 wd conversion. Top notch work right down to the paint. Very impressive job. I’ve wanted a 4 wheel drive van for ages, maybe my time will come. I’ve known about Quigley for awhile but I had no idea you all existed, and I’m less than 100 miles away.. Awesome, keep up the great, high quality work.. Great Job on the Video!
finished your video really good work guys i used to build the suzuki samurais i built over a dozen of them it looks like you guys are doing qaulity work
I have a 2012 E350 super duty 12 passenger van what would it cost to do a conversion like this to it just wondering to go that route or just get a pick up truck
34.40 yeah ride height on the front will the drive shaft stay together when you get this thing twisted up and flexed out you got a crazy pinoin angle of the front when its unloaded....i dont know if i like that at all could be really dangerous in certain circumstances ........like when in whoops at speed or bounceing over a obsticle...any thing that unloads the front springs most of the way
Simpler & more durable. We can put the axle where we want it, they handle/steer and articulate better, no death wobble issues and leaf springs party harder. We have multiple videos of us removing coil suspensions and replacing with our custom spring setup you see here.
how many layers of black paint are you painting on the frame? and how long do you let it dry per layer? at what temperature and % of humidity do you paint?

Nice over view ofcthe process. What is the time total? 5 days?
Is 4x4 available/possible for a 2003 E150 4.6 engine?
We bill 45 hours for a turn key swap here. And yes, we have a kit for the 03 E150.
I am interested to have one Ford e350 v10 like one shown in the video, do you have on sale ready to go work, thanks

Thanks for your concern. The pinion angle is fine, everything works as it should from fully compressed to fully extended.
or do you use limit straps im just commenting on what see have yet to see the entire video
@@rayjones463 No need for limiting straps. If the pinion angle was an issue we would know about it.
How much was the lift and what size tites? Ready buy it! Thnx
6" lift on 35s
Where you get the front axial they feet on the van
We have the housings made for us. Our DIY kit also uses the 99-04 F series front axle housing.
Why do leaf springs and not stick with the coil spring design it came with?

2-3, it dries fast. No idea on temp or humidity, we spray it when it needs to be sprayed.
@@ujointoffroad what brand of paint are you using for the frane?
